雙室型乏風預熱催化氧化裝置的氧化特性

【摘要】:搭建了雙室型乏風預熱催化氧化實驗裝置,實驗研究了空速、氧化床入口溫度、入口甲烷體積分數(shù)對其氧化特性的影響規(guī)律。結果表明:試驗裝置能夠實現(xiàn)自維持穩(wěn)定運行,轉化率均大于92%,且具有良好的對稱性;隨空速的增大,甲烷轉化率變化較小,空速大于7 100 h-1后,轉化率下降;有效反應長度隨空速的增大而增大,且增大的速率逐漸加快;隨入口溫度的升高,甲烷轉化率上升,在485℃時達到最大值,有效反應長度顯著減小,但減小的速率逐漸變緩;隨體積分數(shù)的增加,甲烷轉化率波動不大(95%左右),氧化床整體溫度上升,有效反應長度略有下降。
[Abstract]:A two-chamber experimental device for catalytic oxidation of spent air preheating was built. The effects of space velocity, inlet temperature of oxidation bed and inlet volume fraction of methane on its oxidation characteristics were studied experimentally. The results show that the experimental device can maintain itself and run steadily. With the increase of space velocity, the conversion rate of methane decreased, and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity, and the rate of increase gradually increased with the increase of space velocity, and the conversion of methane decreased when the space velocity was larger than 7 100 h ~ (- 1), and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity, and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity. With the increase of inlet temperature, methane conversion increased, reaching the maximum at 485 鈩,
