【摘要】：針對(duì)采用物理相似模擬試驗(yàn)?zāi)M充填采礦法時(shí),低強(qiáng)度膠結(jié)充填體相似材料配比參數(shù)選取問(wèn)題,以石灰、高嶺土、石膏、水和尾砂等作為相似材料,采用回歸正交設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了充填體相似材料配比試驗(yàn),開(kāi)展了單軸壓縮試驗(yàn),獲得了不同配比試樣的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量和泊松比等力學(xué)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量和泊松比3個(gè)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)關(guān)于石灰、高嶺土、石膏和水4因素的回歸方程,并分析了各因素對(duì)各試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的影響特征。通過(guò)物理相似模擬試驗(yàn)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明了采用該配比方案總結(jié)的回歸方程的有效性及相似充填體的良好相似性,該成果對(duì)膠結(jié)充填體相似材料配比的選取具有一定的參考價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of selecting the matching parameters of similar materials for low strength cemented backfill, lime, kaolin, gypsum, water and tailings are used as similar materials. By using the regression orthogonal design method, the similar material ratio test was carried out, and the uniaxial compression test was carried out. The uniaxial compressive strength of the samples with different proportions was obtained. On the basis of this, the regression equations of three test indexes of uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio on lime, kaolin, gypsum and water are summarized. The effects of various factors on each test index are analyzed. The effectiveness of the regression equation summed up by the formula and the good similarity of the similar backfill are proved by the practical application of the physical similarity simulation test. This result has certain reference value and guiding significance for the selection of similar material ratio of cemented filling body.
