【摘要】：為了解決沁南示范區(qū)煤儲(chǔ)層井壁易坍塌、鉆井液易污染煤儲(chǔ)層等難題,通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),對(duì)超低滲透鉆井液處理劑和潤(rùn)滑劑進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選及評(píng)價(jià),研選出超低滲透處理劑DL-1和環(huán)保型潤(rùn)滑劑SD-302:膨潤(rùn)土基漿中加入質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2%的DL-1,在120℃老化16 h,煤粉床侵入深度7.33 cm,DL-1處理劑的主要性能優(yōu)于國(guó)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品;潤(rùn)滑劑SD-302在常用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)范圍內(nèi)(1%~3%),摩擦因數(shù)降低率在72.4%~87.7%。基于DL-1和SD-302,提出了中空玻璃微球低密度鉆井液新配方。相對(duì)于原配方,改進(jìn)的鉆井液配方的潤(rùn)滑系數(shù)更低,為0.041,有利于降低定向井及水平井鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中的阻卡或卡鉆現(xiàn)象。新配方對(duì)不同滲透性?xún)?chǔ)層的封堵效果更好,具有良好的防塌性能和保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層作用。應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的中空玻璃微球鉆井液在沁南示范區(qū)進(jìn)行了2口定向井的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),防漏失效果明顯,防塌性能好,保證了鉆井施工的順利進(jìn)行。
