液壓支架立柱材料27SiMn鋼表面激光熔覆實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)液壓支架立柱易出現(xiàn)點(diǎn)蝕、磨損等失效形式的問(wèn)題,以液壓支架立柱母材27SiMn鋼為對(duì)象,采用激光熔覆再制造技術(shù),在27SiMn鋼表面進(jìn)行激光熔覆鐵基合金,井對(duì)激光熔覆后的試樣進(jìn)行組織及性能分析。通過(guò)對(duì)液壓支架工作原理、立柱失效形式的分析,確定出立柱表面合理的熔覆方案,其中包括熔覆材料、送粉方式、工藝參數(shù)及加工環(huán)境的確定。使用半導(dǎo)體激光器,在液壓支架立柱母材27SiMn鋼表面采用控制單一變量法制備鐵基合金熔覆層。使用金相顯微鏡表征了激光熔覆試樣的微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu),確定出最佳的激光熔覆實(shí)驗(yàn)工藝參數(shù),使用該工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行多層累加激光熔覆實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)所得到熔覆層的微觀組織進(jìn)行分析.使用微機(jī)控制電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī),表征了激光熔覆試樣的拉伸性能,目的在于研究分析不同激光工藝參數(shù)對(duì)熔覆試樣拉伸性能的影響規(guī)律,確定出熔覆試樣拉伸性能最佳的工藝參數(shù),利用上述工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行多層累加激光熔覆實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)所得到熔覆層的拉伸性能進(jìn)行研究分析通過(guò)不同工藝參數(shù)下熔覆試樣的顯微硬度分析,利用較優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)制備的熔覆試樣進(jìn)行摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn),研究轉(zhuǎn)速和施加載荷對(duì)熔覆試樣耐磨性的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the hydraulic support column is prone to pitting and wear failure, taking 27SiMn steel as the object, laser cladding and remanufacturing technology is used to cladding iron-base alloy on the surface of 27SiMn steel. By analyzing the working principle of the hydraulic support and the failure form of the pillar, the reasonable cladding scheme on the surface of the pillar, including cladding material and powder feeding method, is determined. Determination of process parameters and processing environment-use of semiconductor lasers, The Fe-base alloy cladding layer was prepared on the surface of 27SiMn steel by controlling a single variable method. The microstructure of laser cladding sample was characterized by metallographic microscope, and the optimum technological parameters of laser cladding experiment were determined. The multi-layer cumulative laser cladding experiment was carried out by using the process parameters, and the microstructure of the cladding layer was analyzed. The tensile properties of the laser cladding samples were characterized by using a microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the influence of different laser parameters on the tensile properties of cladding specimens, and to determine the best process parameters for the tensile properties of cladding specimens. The tensile properties of the cladding layer were studied and analyzed. The microhardness of the cladding specimen was analyzed under different technological parameters, and the friction and wear experiments were carried out by using the better process parameters. The effects of rotating speed and applied load on wear resistance of cladding samples were studied.
