【摘要】：煤炭在我國(guó)能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)中占有重要地位,達(dá)到百分之七十左右,我國(guó)煤炭資源主要由少數(shù)幾家煤業(yè)集團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)。我國(guó)煤業(yè)集團(tuán)在改制以后,逐步走上了專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化的發(fā)展道路,但其供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)商管理由于行政背景,市場(chǎng)化程度始終不高。煤炭行業(yè)物資采購(gòu)數(shù)量巨大,品種繁多,而且所購(gòu)物資關(guān)系到生產(chǎn)的安全性,直接與生命財(cái)產(chǎn)相關(guān),因此科學(xué)合理地評(píng)價(jià)和選擇供應(yīng)商對(duì)煤業(yè)集團(tuán)尤為重要。本文在研究供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮煤業(yè)集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)商的特點(diǎn),對(duì)煤業(yè)集團(tuán)的供應(yīng)商運(yùn)用定性與定量的方法進(jìn)行分類研究及選擇評(píng)價(jià)研究。論文首先討論供應(yīng)鏈及供應(yīng)商選擇相關(guān)理論,并考慮煤炭行業(yè)區(qū)別于其他行業(yè)的特殊性,構(gòu)建了煤業(yè)集團(tuán)的供應(yīng)鏈模型,為煤業(yè)集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈下供應(yīng)商選擇提供了理論基礎(chǔ);分析了煤業(yè)集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)煤業(yè)集團(tuán)的特性對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類;采用AHP層次分析法和TOPSIS方法構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及評(píng)價(jià)模型,使用Matlab軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)模型計(jì)算,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)供應(yīng)商的優(yōu)化選擇;最后以H煤業(yè)集團(tuán)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,詳細(xì)闡述了本文所提出的AHP和TOPSIS復(fù)合評(píng)價(jià)選擇模型在煤業(yè)集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,該方法綜合考慮煤業(yè)集團(tuán)的實(shí)際需求,計(jì)算方便,所得結(jié)果符合實(shí)際情況,方便煤業(yè)集團(tuán)更好的選擇供應(yīng)商。煤炭行業(yè)物資采購(gòu)工作復(fù)雜,其需求物資關(guān)系到生產(chǎn)的安全性,直接與生命財(cái)產(chǎn)掛鉤。因此,科學(xué)合理地選擇供應(yīng)商對(duì)煤業(yè)集團(tuán)來說意義尤為重大。供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的復(fù)合評(píng)價(jià)模型供應(yīng)商選擇策略的構(gòu)建堅(jiān)持了按需選擇、實(shí)事求是的原則,有利于減輕煤業(yè)集團(tuán)物資采購(gòu)工作人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān),保障企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作系統(tǒng)的順暢高效運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Coal occupies an important position in the energy consumption structure of our country, reaching about 70%. The coal resources in our country are mainly produced by a few coal industry groups. The standard development road, but its supply chain and supplier management, because of the administrative background, the marketization degree is not high all the time. The coal industry material purchase quantity is huge, the variety is various, moreover the purchase material relates to the production security, Because it is directly related to life and property, it is very important to evaluate and select suppliers scientifically and reasonably. Based on the study of supply chain and supplier relationship management, this paper considers the characteristics of supply chain and supplier in coal industry group. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to classify and evaluate the suppliers of coal industry group. Firstly, the relevant theories of supply chain and supplier selection are discussed in this paper, and the particularity of coal industry is considered, which is different from other industries. The supply chain model of coal industry group is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for supplier selection under coal industry group supply chain, analyzes the current situation of supplier management in coal industry group, and classifies suppliers according to the characteristics of coal industry group. The evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed by AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS method, and the model calculation is realized by using Matlab software, so as to realize the optimal selection of suppliers. The practical application of AHP and TOPSIS compound evaluation and selection model proposed in this paper in supplier evaluation and selection of coal industry group is described in detail. The results show that the method synthetically takes into account the actual demand of coal industry group and is convenient for calculation. The results are in line with the actual situation and facilitate the coal industry group to better select suppliers. The procurement of materials in the coal industry is complicated, and its demand for materials is related to the safety of production and is directly linked to life and property. It is very important for coal industry group to select suppliers scientifically and reasonably. In the environment of supply chain, the construction of supplier selection strategy of compound evaluation model adheres to the principle of selecting on demand and seeking truth from facts. It is beneficial to lighten the working burden of the material purchasing staff of coal industry group and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production and operation system of the enterprise.
