城市生活垃圾焚燒飛灰與礦山廢水共處置技術(shù)研究與工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以城市生活垃圾焚燒飛灰和礦山酸性廢水無害化處理為研究對象,設(shè)計(jì)了一條城市生活垃圾焚燒飛灰與礦山酸性廢水共處置技術(shù)路線,利用焚燒飛灰和礦山酸性廢水的酸堿性,加入重金屬穩(wěn)定化藥劑,經(jīng)處理可實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山酸性廢水和垃圾焚燒飛灰中重金屬的有效去除和穩(wěn)定。礦山酸性廢水的p H由2.33升至中性,廢水中重金屬Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Mn、Fe和As等濃度均有下降,可滿足國家《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 8978-1996)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);垃圾焚燒飛灰中重金屬Pb、Zn和Cd浸出濃度分別降低了92.1%、73.4%和95.2%,滿足危險廢物鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB 5085.3-2007)。
[Abstract]:Taking the harmless treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and mine acid wastewater as the research object, a co-treatment technology route between municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and mine acid wastewater was designed. Heavy metal stabilizer was added to fly ash from incineration and acid waste water from mine. After treatment, the removal and stabilization of heavy metals in mine acid wastewater and MSW fly ash can be realized. The concentrations of mn, Fe and as have decreased, which can meet the relevant standards of the National Comprehensive sewage discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). The leaching concentrations of Pb, Zn and CD in fly ash from MSW incineration decreased by 73.4% and 95.2%, respectively. Meet the hazardous waste identification standard GB 5085.3-2007.
