【摘要】：會澤鉛鋅礦為世界罕見的特富鉛鋅礦產(chǎn),深部資源開采條件較為復(fù)雜,集"水、深、碎、難"于一體,且為復(fù)雜難選多金屬氧-硫混合礦石。通過采用機(jī)械化盤區(qū)上向進(jìn)路充填采礦法為主、機(jī)械化盤區(qū)下向進(jìn)路充填采礦法為輔的采礦工藝,有效防止了井下突水水害,成功控制了深井開采地壓活動,可靠緩減了深井開采巖爆,提高了采礦作業(yè)安全性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源高效回收;通過采用先硫后氧分段選別主干流程、等可浮-優(yōu)先浮選原則流程、多碎少磨-階段磨礦階段選別工藝流程等多種流程結(jié)構(gòu)并存的綜合選礦新工藝,實(shí)現(xiàn)了礦石中有用組分的充分回收;構(gòu)建了以膏體充填和選礦廢水處理回用為核心的廢棄物處理與資源化利用技術(shù),不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)流程廢石、尾礦、礦井水、選礦廢水及歷史遺留尾礦、水淬渣的資源化利用,而且徹底消除了新生高危污染物膏體制備溢流水、選礦廢水處理污泥的潛在危害。在生產(chǎn)中取得了采礦回采率98.95%、貧化率6.50%及選礦金屬回收率鋅95.70%、鉛86.35%、銀66.01%、鍺77.13%,為金屬礦山礦產(chǎn)資源綜合利用及清潔生產(chǎn)提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Huize lead-zinc deposit is a rare lead-zinc deposit in the world. The mining conditions of deep resources are more complex, which gather "water, deep, broken, difficult" in one body. And for the complex refractory polymetallic oxygen-sulfur mixed ore, the mining process is mainly by using mechanized disk area upward approach filling mining method, and mechanized disk area down path filling method is used as the supplementary mining technology. It can effectively prevent the damage of water inrush, control the ground pressure activity of deep well mining successfully, reduce the rock burst of deep well mining reliably, improve the safety of mining operation, and realize the efficient recovery of resources. By adopting the main separation process of sulfur and then oxygen, the floating-priority flotation principle process, the separation process of multi-stage grinding stage with more crushing and less grinding, and so on, the new comprehensive mineral processing technology is developed, such as the coexistence of various process structures and so on. The full recovery of the useful components in the ore has been realized. The technology of waste treatment and utilization based on paste filling and mineral processing wastewater treatment and reuse is constructed. It not only realizes the production process of waste rock, tailings, mine water, mineral processing wastewater and historical tailings. The utilization of water quenched slag completely eliminated the potential harm of overflow water preparation by paste preparation of newborn and high risk pollutants and the treatment of sludge from mineral processing wastewater. A mining recovery rate of 98.95% was obtained in the production. The dilution rate of 6.50% and the recovery rate of zinc 95.70, lead 86.35, silver 66.01 and germanium 77.13%. It provides valuable experience for comprehensive utilization and clean production of mineral resources in metal mines.
