【摘要】：為評價煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土的耐久性能,研究了煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土的耐水性能、耐干濕循環(huán)性能、抗凍融性能以及耐酸、堿、鹽腐蝕性能,通過與普通硅酸鹽水泥固化土的性能對比,對煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土的耐久性能進行了試驗研究。結(jié)果表明,煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土14 d耐水穩(wěn)定系數(shù)為0.94,耐干濕循環(huán)交替系數(shù)為0.898,抗凍系數(shù)為0.9,煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土在這3項性能上均優(yōu)于水泥加固土。耐酸堿鹽性能方面,煤矸石質(zhì)固土材料固化土耐酸性略遜于水泥固化土,而耐堿和鹽腐蝕性能明顯優(yōu)于水泥固化土。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the durability of coal gangue solidified soil, the water resistance, dry and wet cycle resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, acid, alkali and salt corrosion of coal gangue solidified soil were studied. The durability of coal gangue cemented soil was studied by comparing the properties of common Portland cement solidified soil with that of coal gangue cemented soil. The water stability coefficient of coal gangue solidified soil is 0.94 in 14 days, the alternate coefficient of dry and wet cycle is 0.898, and the freezing resistance coefficient is 0.9. The solidified soil of coal gangue is superior to cement reinforced soil in these three properties. The acid-alkali-salt resistance of coal gangue solidified soil is slightly lower than that of cement solidified soil. And the corrosion resistance of alkali and salt is better than that of cement solidified soil.
