【摘要】:緩傾斜中厚破碎礦體作為一種難采礦體,多年以來長期困擾采礦工程技術(shù)人員;而無底柱分段崩落法以其安全、高效和適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以較好地適應(yīng)該類型礦體的開采。但無底柱分段崩落法存在的下盤損失和貧化大問題,一直影響該采礦方法的應(yīng)用效果。為解決該問題,以謙比希銅礦緩傾斜中厚破碎礦體開采為工程背景,依據(jù)隨機(jī)介質(zhì)放礦理論的放礦口分流效應(yīng),提出了雙進(jìn)路分流出礦技術(shù)方案。為了驗(yàn)證該方案的可行性,首先在實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立了放礦模型,根據(jù)進(jìn)路的出礦順序不同,設(shè)計(jì)了3種出礦方案。由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知:先從距離礦體較遠(yuǎn)的進(jìn)路出礦,回采指標(biāo)較好;趯(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,在謙比希銅礦主采區(qū)西區(qū)408 m水平分段5#采場進(jìn)行了工業(yè)試驗(yàn),將回采率提高了9.34個(gè)百分點(diǎn),貧化率降低了0.36個(gè)百分點(diǎn),試驗(yàn)效果顯著。
[Abstract]:As a kind of difficult mining body, gently inclined medium thick broken ore body has been puzzling mining engineers for many years. But the sublevel caving method without bottom pillar has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and strong adaptability, which can better adapt to the mining of this type of orebody. The application effect of this mining method has been affected all the time. In order to solve this problem, taking the mining of gently inclined medium broken orebody in Qiabishi Copper Mine as the engineering background, the diversion effect of drawing opening based on the theory of random medium drawing is used. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, a drawing model was established in the laboratory, according to the different ore extraction sequence of the route. From the experimental results, it can be seen that: first, from the far away from the orebody, the mining index is better, based on the experimental results. The industrial test was carried out in 408m horizontal section stope in the west part of the main mining area of Qiabishi Copper Mine. The recovery rate was increased by 9.34 percentage points and the dilution rate was reduced by 0.36 percentage points. The effect of the test was remarkable.
