【摘要】:煤礦產(chǎn)煤運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中,由于裝煤方式的限制,導(dǎo)致煤料在列車廂內(nèi)部高低不平,并出現(xiàn)灑落現(xiàn)象,所以在運(yùn)輸前須將車廂內(nèi)部煤料進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的平整,避免運(yùn)輸途中出現(xiàn)煤料飛揚(yáng)現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,提高運(yùn)載效率和安全可靠性[1]。目前,煤炭裝車系統(tǒng)普遍存在裝車質(zhì)量差、效率低、自動(dòng)化程度低、工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、平煤裝置易變性失效等諸多問(wèn)題[2]。因此需要加以改進(jìn)。傳統(tǒng)平煤板一般是長(zhǎng)方形刮板,簡(jiǎn)單的平面對(duì)于塊煤平整問(wèn)題不僅效率低而且易變型,本文以平煤板的外形設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化以及控制原理為研究對(duì)象,著重分析平煤板工作過(guò)程中的受力,并利用有限元軟件進(jìn)行微觀仿真。運(yùn)用離散元分析方法對(duì)平煤過(guò)程中的運(yùn)動(dòng)力學(xué)和接觸力學(xué)進(jìn)行分析,在確定煤料模型的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)煤料的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和相互作用力的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行理論分析。根據(jù)煤料顆粒實(shí)際參數(shù),利用PFC3D軟件對(duì)裝車過(guò)程進(jìn)行模型建立,對(duì)平煤過(guò)程進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,獲得在不同時(shí)刻煤料的微觀分布圖以及相互作用力的變化。對(duì)以上理論的研究可以為平煤板的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。本文針對(duì)裝車系統(tǒng)存在的裝車質(zhì)量差和平煤設(shè)備易變型主要問(wèn)題,在塊煤平整方面進(jìn)行了新型平煤板的設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)平煤器整體設(shè)備進(jìn)行基于Proe三維建模軟件的設(shè)計(jì)以及對(duì)輔助設(shè)備的選型,直觀的了解平煤器各部分的工作和連接方式。為了提高設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化程度,編制設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的PLC控制程序?qū)ζ矫浩鞲鞑糠诌M(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制,自動(dòng)控制相應(yīng)部分按照平整流程進(jìn)行先后動(dòng)作。不同煤礦對(duì)平整后的煤料有不同的標(biāo)記規(guī)定,針對(duì)選煤廠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)噴灑裝置,進(jìn)行平整標(biāo)記。降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和成本,提高裝車效率。工業(yè)試驗(yàn)表明,新型平煤系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),不僅解決了易變型問(wèn)題,同時(shí)平整效果有了較大改善,自動(dòng)控制程序的使用提高了設(shè)備運(yùn)行可靠性,降低生產(chǎn)成本。
[Abstract]:The coal mines in the process of transportation, due to the limitation of coal, resulting in coal in the train compartment inside the rugged, and falling phenomenon, so the transport should be accordingly smooth inside the coal transportation, avoid occurrence of coal dust phenomenon, improve transport efficiency and safety and reliability of [1]. At present, there are many problems in the coal loading system, such as poor loading quality, low efficiency, low automation, large labor intensity and inefficiency of Pingdingshan coal plant, [2]. Therefore, it needs to be improved. The traditional coal leveling plate is generally rectangular scraper, a simple plane for coal Unknitting problem not only low efficiency and easy to form, taking shape design, Pingdingshan plate structure optimization and control principle as the research object, focuses on the analysis of the working process of the coal leveling plate in force, and micro simulation by finite element software. Discrete element analysis is applied to analyze the movement mechanics and contact mechanics in the process of coal leveling. Based on the coal material model, the law of the motion and interaction force of the coal is analyzed theoretically. According to the actual parameters of coal particles, the PFC3D software is applied to model the loading process, and the dynamic simulation of the coal leveling process is carried out to get the microscopic distribution map and interaction force of coal at different times. The research on the above theory can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure of flat coal. Aiming at the problems of poor quality of loading and loading system of peace coal equipment main problems easy to form, in the aspects of the design of a new type of flat coal coal leveling plate. Based on the Proe 3D modeling software and the selection of auxiliary equipment, we can intuitively understand the work and connection mode of all parts of the coal leveler. In order to improve the automation level of the equipment, the corresponding PLC control program is programmed to control the parts of the coal leveler automatically, and the corresponding parts are automatically controlled according to the smoothing process. Different coal mines have different marking regulations on the coal after leveling. According to the standard of the coal preparation plant, an automatic spraying device is designed to carry out the leveling mark. Reduce labor intensity and cost and improve the efficiency of loading. The industrial test shows that the design of the new flat coal system not only solves the problem of easy transformation, but also improves the leveling effect. The use of automatic control program improves the reliability of the equipment and reduces the production cost.
