國內(nèi)外轉基因檢測能力驗證概述

【摘要】:轉基因檢測以外源DNA、蛋白質(zhì)等為檢測對象,以定性和定量PCR技術、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附技術為主要檢測手段,最終判斷樣品中轉基因成分組成及其含量。進行轉基因檢測的機構是轉基因生物安全監(jiān)管的重要技術支撐,應當確保檢測結果可靠、準確。能力驗證是實驗室內(nèi)部和外部質(zhì)量控制的有效手段,監(jiān)管機構借此來確定檢測實驗室的能力和水平。當前,中國轉基因檢測能力驗證的組織水平與國外相比還有較大差距。介紹了國外一些機構如Fapas、GIPSA、ISTA組織轉基因能力驗證工作的流程,其共同點都是盲樣檢測,對陽性成分進行定值,并以離散度來判定結果。同時,介紹了中國農(nóng)業(yè)部和質(zhì)檢系統(tǒng)組織能力驗證的通常做法,以期提出進一步加強我國轉基因檢測能力驗證工作的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Transgenic detection took exogenous DNA, protein as the detection object, qualitative and quantitative PCR technology, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) as the main detection methods, and finally judged the composition and content of transgenic components in the sample. The organization carrying out transgenic detection is an important technical support for the safety supervision of genetically modified organisms, and the detection results should be reliable and accurate. Capability verification is an effective means of internal and external quality control in the laboratory, which is used by regulators to determine the ability and level of the testing laboratory. At present, there is still a big gap between China and foreign countries in the organization level of transgenic detection ability verification. This paper introduces the process of verifying transgenic ability of some foreign organizations, such as Fapas,GIPSA,ISTA. The common points are blind sample detection, the positive components are valued, and the dispersion is used to determine the results. At the same time, this paper introduces the common methods of organization ability verification of Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and quality inspection system, in order to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the verification of transgenic detection ability in China.
