【摘要】：為探究采前鈣處理對黃金梨果頂硬化果實(shí)的影響,以黃金梨正常果實(shí)和果頂硬化果實(shí)為試材,對部分果頂硬化果實(shí)進(jìn)行采前噴鈣處理,分別測定果實(shí)的貯藏特性和PpEXPA2基因表達(dá)量等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:2℃貯藏期間,正常果實(shí)、CaCl2處理果實(shí)及果頂硬化果實(shí)萼端的硬度、粘性、彈性、內(nèi)聚性和咀嚼性均呈先升高后降低趨勢,CaCl2處理果實(shí)萼端及柄端的硬度和咀嚼性均明顯低于果頂硬化果實(shí);正常果實(shí)失重率最高,其次為CaCl2處理果實(shí);CaCl2處理降低了果頂硬化果實(shí)的腐爛率,并抑制了果實(shí)的呼吸強(qiáng)度。貯藏180d,CaCl2處理果實(shí)的腐爛率和呼吸強(qiáng)度分別較果頂硬化果實(shí)降低了18.87%和59.70%;采收初期,PpEXPA2基因在果頂硬化果實(shí)中的表達(dá)明顯高于正常果實(shí)和果頂硬化果實(shí),隨后下降,而正常果實(shí)和CaCl2處理果實(shí)中PpEXPA2基因的相對表達(dá)量均隨貯藏時(shí)間逐漸升高,采前CaCl2處理抑制了該基因的表達(dá)。
