【摘要】：目的 了解合肥市在校大學生對轉(zhuǎn)基因食品的認知、態(tài)度和購買行為及其影響因素,為大學生科學認知轉(zhuǎn)基因食品提供依據(jù)。方法 自行設計調(diào)查問卷,通過隨機分層整群抽取合肥市4所高校1 624名大學生進行調(diào)查,平均年齡為(22.5±2.2)歲。采用二分類非條件Logistic回歸分析進行因素分析。結果 在校學生轉(zhuǎn)基因技術認知平均得分為6.1分,但缺乏系統(tǒng)性。轉(zhuǎn)基因食品相關知識信息來源主要為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(76.05%)、電視(55.67%)和報刊雜志(35.47%),專業(yè)書籍較少(24.82%)。支持轉(zhuǎn)基因食品者僅為16.87%,其中不同年齡、戶籍所在地、家庭經(jīng)濟收入對轉(zhuǎn)基因食品的認知水平差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為19.885,22.371,20.338,P值均0.05);84.98%的大學生認為轉(zhuǎn)基因食品需要醒目標示。不同年齡、家庭經(jīng)濟收入水平、接受度大學生購買行為構成的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。大學生轉(zhuǎn)基因食品知識獲得渠道專業(yè)性不強,轉(zhuǎn)基因食品購買行為與家庭經(jīng)濟收入水平成負相關;安全性、營養(yǎng)價值和價格是影響購買的主要因素(68.66%,47.78%,45.26%)。結論 在轉(zhuǎn)基因食品信息不對稱的現(xiàn)況下,建議以強化客觀公正的科普宣傳、提高認知教育的專業(yè)性、借助新潮手段增強有效性、培養(yǎng)強制標示識別能力和閱讀標簽標識習慣為路徑,做好相應的健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition, attitude, purchase behavior and influencing factors of genetically modified food among college students in Hefei. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was designed, and 1624 college students from 4 universities in Hefei were selected by random stratified cluster. The average age was (22.5 鹵2.2) years old. Two-classification non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors. Results the average score of cognition of transgenic technology was 6.1, but lack of systematicness. The main sources of GMF-related knowledge were Internet (76.05%), TV (55.67%), newspapers and magazines (35.47%), and few professional books (24.82%). There were significant differences in the cognitive level of genetically modified food between different age, household registration area and household income (蠂 ~ 2 = 19.88522.371or 20.338p, respectively). 84.98% of the college students thought that genetically modified food should be marked prominently. There were significant differences in the composition of purchase behavior among different age, family income level and acceptance degree (P < 0.05). College students' knowledge about genetically modified food is not professional, and the purchasing behavior of genetically modified food is negatively related to the level of family income. Safety, nutritional value and price were the main factors affecting purchase (68.66%, 47.78%, 45.26%). Conclusion under the condition of asymmetric information of genetically modified food, it is suggested to strengthen the objective and fair popularization of science, to improve the specialty of cognitive education, and to enhance the effectiveness by means of modern means. Develop the ability of mandatory marking identification and reading label marking habit as the path, and do a good job of health education.
