肺腺癌胸水細胞塊EGFR基因突變檢測分析

【摘要】:目的探討肺腺癌胸水細胞塊中表皮生長因子受體(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)基因突變檢測的臨床價值。方法采用ARMS-PCR法檢測143例肺腺癌細胞塊和269例肺腺癌組織塊中EGFR的29種突變類型,并檢測細胞塊同時送檢組織塊的患者49例的一致性。結果細胞塊EGFR突變型71例,陽性率49.65%(71/143);組織塊EGFR突變型131例,陽性率44.26%(131/269);49例有組織塊對照的細胞塊EGFR結果一致性有36例,一致率達73.47%(36/49),其中細胞塊EGFR的陽性率44.90%(22/49),組織塊陽性率67.34%(33/49)。結論肺腺癌胸水細胞塊EGFR的陽性率略高于組織塊;有惡性胸水的肺腺癌患者原發(fā)灶組織發(fā)生EGFR突變的概率較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of epidermal growth factor receptor (epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR) gene mutation in pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods ARMS-PCR method was used to detect 29 mutation types of EGFR in 143 cases of lung adenocarcinoma cells and 269 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissue mass. Results the positive rate of EGFR mutation was 49.65% (71 / 143) and EGFR mutation was 44.26% (131 / 269). The results of EGFR were consistent in 36 cases (73.47%), in which the positive rate of EGFR was 44.90% (22 / 49) and the positive rate of tissue mass was 67.34% (33 / 49). Conclusion the positive rate of EGFR in pleural effusion cell mass of lung adenocarcinoma is slightly higher than that in tissue mass, and the probability of EGFR mutation in primary tissues of lung adenocarcinoma with malignant pleural effusion is higher.
