【摘要】：烏爾里�！へ惪藢�(duì)"無(wú)知"的界定為探究轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因提供了新的研究視域。他歸納了五種類(lèi)型的"無(wú)知":對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)的有選擇性的接受與傳播、知識(shí)的不確定性、誤解和錯(cuò)誤、認(rèn)識(shí)的無(wú)能、不愿認(rèn)識(shí)。五種類(lèi)型的"無(wú)知"具體可分為兩類(lèi),一類(lèi)是自上而下的政治實(shí)踐的結(jié)果,一類(lèi)則源于主體認(rèn)知的局限。因此,在正視轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的同時(shí),要通過(guò)自下而上的"亞政治"以及跨越學(xué)科界限、民族國(guó)家界限的"跨界治理"來(lái)規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Ulrich Baker's definition of ignorance provides a new perspective for exploring the causes of GM technology risks. He summed up five types of "ignorance": selective acceptance and dissemination of risk knowledge, uncertainty of knowledge, misunderstanding and error, inability to understand, and reluctance to understand. Five types of ignorance can be classified into two categories, one is the result of top-down political practice, the other is due to the limitation of subjective cognition. Therefore, while facing the risk of transgenic technology, we should avoid the risk through the bottom-up "subpolitics" and the "cross-border governance" across the boundaries of disciplines and nation-states.
