【摘要】：隨著轉(zhuǎn)基因生物的迅速發(fā)展,圍繞其監(jiān)管問(wèn)題已形成以歐盟和美國(guó)為代表的兩大不同監(jiān)管制度體系。本文分析歐美轉(zhuǎn)基因生物監(jiān)管政策分歧的國(guó)際影響,以對(duì)中國(guó)相關(guān)政策的制定提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), two different regulatory systems, represented by the European Union (EU) and the United States (USA), have been formed around the regulatory issues. This paper analyzes the international influence of regulatory policy differences on genetically modified organisms in Europe and the United States in order to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies in China.
