【摘要】：針對基因表達(dá)譜數(shù)據(jù)高維度、高噪聲的特點(diǎn),在傳統(tǒng)非負(fù)矩陣分解(NMF)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種基于多正則約束非負(fù)矩陣分解(MRCNMF)的特征提取模型。通過引入流形正則,使得NMF在維數(shù)約簡的同時(shí)能夠保持原始數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)部空間結(jié)構(gòu),低秩稀疏正則約束對噪聲和數(shù)據(jù)丟失具有較好的抑制作用。提出一種模型求解方法,通過引入+乘子保持矩陣分解的非負(fù)性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用的特征提取算法對基因表達(dá)譜中的噪聲具有較強(qiáng)的抑制作用,與NMF和圖正則非負(fù)矩陣分解(GNMF)相比能夠達(dá)到更高的分類精度。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of high dimension and high noise of gene expression data, a feature extraction model based on multi-regular constrained non-negative matrix factorization (MRCNMF) is proposed based on the traditional nonnegative matrix factorization (NMFF) theory. By introducing manifold regularization, NMF can keep the internal spatial structure of the original data while reducing the dimension, and the low rank sparse canonical constraint can restrain noise and data loss better. This paper presents a method for solving the model by introducing multipliers to preserve the nonnegativity of matrix decomposition. Experimental results show that the proposed feature extraction algorithm can suppress the noise in the gene expression profile and achieve higher classification accuracy than NMF and graph regular nonnegative matrix factorization (GNMFF).
