【摘要】:TYR基因是酪氨酸酶相關(guān)蛋白家族(Tyrosinase-related Protein)成員之一,酪氨酸酶是黑色素合成過程中的限速酶,TYR表達(dá)量及活性的高低直接影響真黑素與褐黑素的表達(dá),進(jìn)而對動物毛色產(chǎn)生影響。為深入了解TYR基因結(jié)構(gòu)功能、多態(tài)性及TYR基因表達(dá)量與毛皮動物毛色的相關(guān)性,本文在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,對TYR基因結(jié)構(gòu)與功能以及在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、畜牧生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用研究等方面進(jìn)行綜述。通過綜述大量文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),TYR基因突變不僅與人類皮膚白化病有明顯關(guān)系,對哺乳動物被毛白化現(xiàn)象也有明顯關(guān)系,而且在深色被毛哺乳動物中的表達(dá)量普遍高于淺色被毛哺乳動物。
[Abstract]:TYR gene is a member of tyrosinase-related protein family, tyrosinase-related protein. Tyrosinase is a rate-limiting enzyme in melanin synthesis. In order to understand the relationship between the structure and function of TYR gene, polymorphism, TYR gene expression and fur animal fur color, the structure and function of TYR gene and clinical medicine were studied in this paper. The application research of animal husbandry production is reviewed. By reviewing a large number of literatures, we find that the mutation of TYR gene is not only related to human skin albinism, but also to the albinism of mammalian hair. Moreover, the expression level in dark hairy mammals is generally higher than that in light-colored hairy mammals.
