小麥新品種鄂麥170抗病基因的遺傳分析

【摘要】:通過已開發(fā)分子標記對湖北省有潛力的新品種鄂麥170及其雙親的抗赤霉病、條銹病、白粉病和紋枯病基因進行分子鑒定和分析。結(jié)果表明,鄂麥170含有3個主效抗赤霉病基因(Fhb1,Fhb5和以Xwmc273為標記的基因)、3個抗條銹病基因(Yr2,Yr5和Yr26)、8個抗白粉病基因(Pm2,Pm8,Pm16,Pm21,Pm31,Pm33,Pm35和Pm36)和6個抗紋枯病基因(分別以Xwmc397,Xgwm212,Xgdm67,Xwmc497,Xgwm644和Xgwm526為標記)。經(jīng)分析鄂麥170中可能還有未被檢測到的赤霉病抗性位點,而鄂麥170赤霉病抗性優(yōu)于雙親可能與超親優(yōu)勢有關(guān);Yr5基因可能對鄂麥170的抗條銹病特性起重要作用;抗白粉病基因Pm21已表現(xiàn)出了感病特征;所檢測到的紋枯病抗性位點的表型變異解釋率較低。本研究解釋了鄂麥170的抗病分子基礎(chǔ),為該品種的推廣應用和作為骨干親本培育多抗小麥新品種提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The genes resistant to scab, stripe rust, powdery mildew and sheath blight were identified and analyzed by using molecular markers. The results showed that Emai 170 contained three major scab resistant genes, Fhb1, Fhb5 and Xwmc273 marker, three stripe rust resistant genes, Yr2Yr5 and Yr26, eight powdery mildew resistant genes, Pm16Pm21, Pm31Pm33Pm35 and Pm36, and six sheath blight resistant genes (Xwmc397Xgwm212Xgdm67Xm497Xwmc497Xgwm644 and Xgwm526). It was analyzed that there may also be scab resistance sites not detected in Emai 170, and that the resistance to scab of Emai 170 is superior to that of its parents, and that Yr5 gene may play an important role in the resistance to stripe rust of Emai 170. The resistance gene of powdery mildew (Pm21) has been shown to be susceptible to the disease, and the interpretation rate of phenotypic variation of the resistance sites to Rhizoctonia solani is low. This study explained the molecular basis of Emai 170 disease resistance and provided a reference for the popularization and application of this variety and the breeding of new multi-resistant wheat varieties as backbone parents.
