【摘要】:【目的】生物質(zhì)炭研究是近十年農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的重要前沿領(lǐng)域。作為一種良好的土壤改良劑,生物質(zhì)炭不僅能改善土壤肥力,而且能夠通過(guò)改變土壤與植物的相互作用關(guān)系影響植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,最終影響作物的生產(chǎn)力。因此,以植物表型及其相關(guān)基因表達(dá)為視角的生物質(zhì)炭研究有助于深入了解生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)土壤和植物效應(yīng)的作用機(jī)理,進(jìn)一步充實(shí)生物質(zhì)炭的農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ)!局饕M(jìn)展】本文回顧了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)植物生長(zhǎng)影響的研究,從作物生產(chǎn)力、作物根系生長(zhǎng)、作物病蟲害和作物基因表達(dá)四個(gè)方面論述了生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)植物表型和相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響;分析了生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)植物表型及其相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的可能機(jī)理,探討了生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)植物表型及其相關(guān)基因表達(dá)研究的不足,提出了未來(lái)研究的發(fā)展方向!締(wèn)題與展望】未來(lái)生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)植物表型和相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的研究應(yīng)注重其系統(tǒng)性和全面性,例如建立規(guī)范化的生物質(zhì)炭試驗(yàn)技術(shù),特別是生物質(zhì)炭相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立,同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的影響等方面的研究。
[Abstract]:[objective] Biomass carbon research is an important frontier field of agricultural sustainable development in recent ten years. As a good soil modifier, biomass carbon can not only improve soil fertility, but also affect plant growth and development by changing the interaction between soil and plants, and ultimately affect crop productivity. Therefore, the study of biomass carbon from the perspective of plant phenotype and its related gene expression is helpful to further understand the mechanism of the effect of biomass carbon on soil and plants. In this paper, the effects of biomass carbon on plant growth at home and abroad were reviewed, including crop productivity and crop root growth. The effects of biomass carbon on plant phenotype and related gene expression were discussed, and the possible mechanism of biomass carbon on plant phenotype and related gene expression was analyzed. The deficiency of biomass carbon on plant phenotype and related gene expression was discussed. The future research of biomass carbon on plant phenotype and related gene expression should focus on its systematization and comprehensiveness, such as the establishment of standardized biomass carbon test technology. Especially, the establishment of the relevant standards and databases of biomass carbon, and the study of the effect of biomass carbon on transgenic crops should be strengthened at the same time.
