【摘要】：Hox基因是動物基因組內(nèi)高度保守的一類轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,在動物體軸形成中起著重要的作用,是一類重要的發(fā)育調(diào)控基因。動物形態(tài)的進化和多樣性與Hox基因數(shù)目、序列及其表達模式密切相關(guān),Hox基因在模式生物系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛的研究,但對于軟體動物中Hox基因及其功能的了解還相對較少。軟體動物具有高度的軀體結(jié)構(gòu)多樣性,研究軟體動物的Hox基因及其功能對于理解和解釋其形態(tài)多樣性的產(chǎn)生具有重要意義。本文主要綜述了Hox基因的研究概況、軟體動物中Hox基因的分布、功能及其最新研究進展,以期為理解及深入研究軟體動物的發(fā)育及其分子調(diào)控機制提供重要的參考。
[Abstract]:The Hox gene is a highly conserved transcription factor in the animal genome. It plays an important role in the formation of animal body axis. It is an important class of developmental regulation genes. The evolution and diversity of animal morphology are closely related to the number, sequence and expression patterns of Hox genes, and the Hox gene has been widely studied in the model biological system. The understanding of the Hox gene and its function in mollusks is relatively small. Molluscs have a high diversity of body structure. The study of the Hox gene and its function of mollusks is of great significance for understanding and explaining the formation of its morphological diversity. This paper mainly summarizes the research situation of Hox based factors and the Hox gene in mollusks. Distribution, function and latest research progress in order to provide important reference for understanding and studying the development and molecular regulation mechanism of molluscs.
