【摘要】：正神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤是最常見的顱內(nèi)惡性腫瘤。該腫瘤呈侵襲性生長,傳統(tǒng)的治療方式如手術(shù)、放療和化療的長期治療效果不理想,患者2年生存率約為3%[1]。本文對(duì)基因治療神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。1基因治療的現(xiàn)狀基因治療是指將外源基因?qū)氚屑?xì)胞或者組織,以糾正或補(bǔ)償基因缺陷和異常,以達(dá)到治療目的的措施和技術(shù)[2]。目前,基因治療神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤可以分為自殺基因治療、免疫調(diào)節(jié)基因治療、抑癌基因治療、基于溶瘤病毒的基因治療、抗血管生成
[Abstract]:Positive glioma is the most common intracranial malignant tumor.The tumor grows invasively. The long term effect of traditional treatment such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not satisfactory. The 2 year survival rate is about 3% [1].This paper reviews the current status of gene therapy for glioma. 1 the present status of gene therapy is the measures and techniques of introducing foreign genes into target cells or tissues to correct or compensate for gene defects and abnormalities in order to achieve the therapeutic purpose.At present, gene therapy for glioma can be divided into suicide gene therapy, immunomodulatory gene therapy, tumor suppressor gene therapy, gene therapy based on oncolytic virus, anti-angiogenesis.
