水稻耐鹽基因定位與克隆及品種耐鹽性分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇改良研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:土壤鹽漬化嚴(yán)重制約水稻生產(chǎn)發(fā)展,提高耐鹽性已成為水稻育種的重要目標(biāo)之一。挖掘水稻耐鹽新基因,解析其分子作用機(jī)制可以為水稻耐鹽性遺傳改良奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文從定位群體、耐鹽性鑒定時(shí)期和鑒定方法、耐鹽性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、鑒定到的耐鹽QTL、耐鹽QTL的精細(xì)定位和圖位克隆等方面,總結(jié)了近年來(lái)水稻耐鹽QTL定位研究中所取得的進(jìn)展;介紹了水稻耐鹽/鹽敏感突變體篩選和基因克隆以及耐鹽性關(guān)聯(lián)分析的研究近況;并對(duì)水稻耐鹽性分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇改良的現(xiàn)狀作了概述。
[Abstract]:Soil salinization has seriously restricted the development of rice production and improved salt tolerance has become one of the important objectives of rice breeding. The molecular mechanism can be used to lay a foundation for the genetic improvement of salt-tolerance in rice. In this paper, the evaluation index of salt-tolerance, the identification period and method of salt-tolerance, and the evaluation index of salt-tolerance were discussed. The salt tolerance QTL, the fine mapping and map cloning of salt-tolerant QTL were identified, and the progress of QTL mapping in rice salt tolerance in recent years was summarized. In this paper, the recent studies on the screening of salt-tolerant / salt-sensitive mutants, gene cloning and salt-tolerance association analysis in rice were introduced, and the current situation of salt-tolerant molecular marker-assisted selection and improvement in rice was summarized.
