【摘要】：我國(guó)的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)計(jì)劃正如火如荼的進(jìn)行,基因?qū)騻�(gè)體化醫(yī)療是精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),這種醫(yī)療模式的創(chuàng)新極大的推動(dòng)了醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展和促進(jìn)了人們的健康,與此同時(shí),也對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的疾病觀、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與受益評(píng)估、醫(yī)療資源的分配公正、知情同意與自主性、信息安全與隱私保護(hù)提出了挑戰(zhàn),個(gè)體化醫(yī)療中的倫理問(wèn)題的研究將助力精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)在我國(guó)科學(xué)并合乎倫理的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The planning of precision medicine in our country is in full swing. Gene directed individualized medicine is the basis of the development of precision medicine. The innovation of this medical model has greatly promoted the development of medicine and promoted people's health, at the same time, It also challenges the traditional view of disease, risk and benefit assessment, fair distribution of medical resources, informed consent and autonomy, information security and privacy protection. The study of ethical issues in individualized medicine will contribute to the scientific and ethical innovation of precision medicine in China.
