【摘要】：近年來(lái),CRISPR/Cas9系統(tǒng)介導(dǎo)的基因編輯以及其他相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究受到廣泛的關(guān)注。文章討論人類生殖細(xì)胞基因編輯的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)和倫理內(nèi)涵,凸顯相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問(wèn)題,并反對(duì)在涉及到人類生殖細(xì)胞干預(yù)進(jìn)行過(guò)早的實(shí)驗(yàn)。論文認(rèn)為應(yīng)該容納更廣泛公眾討論,并以預(yù)防原則為基礎(chǔ)推進(jìn)研究。
