【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支撐力量，是國(guó)家綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和科技水平的重要標(biāo)志。隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入，裝備制造業(yè)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的比重逐年增加,已成為支撐我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱。裝備制造業(yè)是各產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級(jí)的重要支撐和保證。目前，高新技術(shù)、軟件技術(shù)和先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)在裝備制造業(yè)中的應(yīng)用日趨普遍，，作為技術(shù)密集型，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)含量高、附加值大的裝備制造業(yè)，提高其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力刻不容緩�！笆濉彪A段是推進(jìn)浙江省工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的重要階段，也是打造浙江省先進(jìn)制造業(yè)基地，實(shí)現(xiàn)新型工業(yè)化的重要時(shí)期，如何充分把握這一歷史機(jī)遇，率先實(shí)現(xiàn)新型工業(yè)化，裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展至為重要，而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新則是提高浙江省裝備制造企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要途徑和實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源泉。 在這樣的背景下，本論文首先對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)相關(guān)理論、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新理論進(jìn)行概述，在此基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了浙江省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的成效，構(gòu)建裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)2009年浙江省裝備制造業(yè)七個(gè)子行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，并借助浙江省40家裝備制造業(yè)龍頭骨干企業(yè)實(shí)際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)，分析浙江省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面的不足和制約因素，總結(jié)美、日、德等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家裝備制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最后提出提升浙江省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的措施及建議。并得出重要結(jié)論：全球化合作、信息化、綠色化、敏捷化代表著未來(lái)裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展方向，浙江省裝備制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新取得了一定成效，金屬制品業(yè)、儀器儀表及文化、辦公用機(jī)械制造業(yè)兩個(gè)子行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力相對(duì)較弱，浙江省裝備制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新仍存在很多不足，多種內(nèi)外部制約因素有待克服，有效的政策支持對(duì)于裝備制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新升級(jí)至關(guān)重要。這些都為浙江省裝備制造業(yè)重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)強(qiáng)化其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、改進(jìn)其劣勢(shì)提供了參考，也為政府相關(guān)決策部門制定和實(shí)施裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)政策提供理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of equipment manufacturing industry is an important supporting force of national economy and an important symbol of national comprehensive economic strength and scientific and technological level. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the proportion of equipment manufacturing industry in China's national economy has increased year by year, which has become an important pillar to support China's economic development. Equipment manufacturing industry is an important support and guarantee for the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. At present, the application of high and new technology, software technology and advanced manufacturing technology in equipment manufacturing industry is becoming more and more common. As a technology-intensive, high product technology content, high value-added equipment manufacturing industry, it is urgent to improve its technological innovation ability. The 12th five-year Plan stage is not only an important stage to promote the industrialization and modernization of Zhejiang Province, but also an important period to build an advanced manufacturing base in Zhejiang Province and realize new industrialization. How to fully grasp this historical opportunity and take the lead in realizing new industrialization, the development of equipment manufacturing industry is very important, and technological innovation is an important way to improve the economic benefits of Zhejiang equipment manufacturing enterprises and to realize transformation and upgrading. The source of power for sustainable development. Under this background, this paper first summarizes the related theories of equipment manufacturing industry, technological innovation theory and industrial innovation theory, on this basis, summarizes the effectiveness of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province, constructs the evaluation index system of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry, and makes an empirical study on the technological innovation ability of seven sub-industries of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province in 2009. With the help of the actual investigation data of 40 leading backbone enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and restrictive factors of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province, summarizes the experience of innovation development of equipment manufacturing industry in the United States, Japan, Germany and other developed countries, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions for improving the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province. It is concluded that globalization cooperation, informatization, greening and agility represent the development direction of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry in the future. The technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province has achieved certain results. The technological innovation ability of two sub-industries of metal products industry, instrument and culture, office machinery manufacturing industry is relatively weak, and there are still many shortcomings in the technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province. A variety of internal and external constraints need to be overcome, and effective policy support is very important for the innovation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry. All these provide a reference for the key industries of Zhejiang equipment manufacturing industry to strengthen their development advantages and improve their disadvantages, and also provide a theoretical and practical basis for the formulation and implementation of equipment manufacturing industry policies by the relevant decision-making departments of the government.
