非標(biāo)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則及工程應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的系列化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)發(fā)展的要求與結(jié)果。如何科學(xué)、快捷的進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì),尋求先進(jìn)的系列化設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)于產(chǎn)品系列化具有理論價(jià)值與實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。本文試圖對(duì)于非標(biāo)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行一些基礎(chǔ)性的研究與探討,嘗試提出采用建立非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的系列化設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則(簡(jiǎn)稱系列化準(zhǔn)則)的方法指導(dǎo)系列化設(shè)計(jì)。非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)一般以單臺(tái)套產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為主,系列化程度較低,但隨著技術(shù)發(fā)展,非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品系列化也越來(lái)越多。在單一產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)類似的產(chǎn)品,基于已有產(chǎn)品的擴(kuò)展設(shè)計(jì),都屬于本文研究的范疇。 相似理論具有很高的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值,相關(guān)研究持續(xù)不斷,主要集中在系統(tǒng)間的模型試驗(yàn)、系統(tǒng)間的相似度量及其工程應(yīng)用,產(chǎn)品系列化研究較少。周美立教授對(duì)相似理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入的研究,取得了系列研究成果,研究了產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,將相似系統(tǒng)分為精確相似、可拓相似和模糊相似,對(duì)系列化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地描述,并給出了基于基型擴(kuò)展計(jì)算公式。本文旨在借助相似理論的概念,探索更為簡(jiǎn)潔實(shí)用的產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)方法,基于相似第二定理,把相似準(zhǔn)則直接或有條件的轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,利用設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則得到產(chǎn)品的系列化設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),為繁瑣的系列化設(shè)計(jì)提供科學(xué)快捷的方法。 本文基于兩個(gè)相似體之間的相似準(zhǔn)則,研究非標(biāo)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品系列化設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的建立方法。首先建立了非標(biāo)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品單一零部件系列化設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,并將其推廣到單一機(jī)械系統(tǒng)與復(fù)雜機(jī)械系統(tǒng)。提出了復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)下采用主系統(tǒng)、主參數(shù)具有工程使用價(jià)值的系列化設(shè)計(jì)方法。最后給出了工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例,采用提出的理論方法,對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化系統(tǒng)建立了各子系統(tǒng)的系列化準(zhǔn)則,并初步給出了系列化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。該研究對(duì)于新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā),尤其是在一定基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行系列化開(kāi)發(fā)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The serialization and standardization of mechanical products are the requirements and results of the development of modern industry. How to carry on the serial design of the product scientifically and quickly, and seek the advanced seriation design method has the theoretical value and the practical guiding significance to the product seriation. This paper tries to make some basic research and discussion on the serial design of non-standard mechanical products, and tries to put forward the method to guide the series design with the method of establishing the series design criterion of non-standard products (the series criterion). The design of non-standard products is mainly based on the product design of single platform, and the seriation degree is low, but with the development of technology, the series of non-standard products is more and more. On the basis of a single product, the design and development of similar products, based on the expanded design of the existing products, belong to the scope of this paper. The similar theory has a very high value of engineering application, and the related research is continuous, mainly in the model test between the systems, the similarity measure between the systems and the engineering application, and the product seriation research A systematic and in-depth study of similar theory has been carried out by Professor Zhou Meili, and the series of research results have been obtained. The problems of serial design of the product are studied. The similar system is divided into the exact similarity, the extension similarity and the fuzzy similarity, and the seriation design is systematically The base-based extension calculation is also given. The purpose of this paper is to explore a more concise and practical product seriation design method with the aid of the concept of the similar theory. Based on the similar second theorem, the similar criterion is directly or conditionally converted into the series design criterion of the mechanical product, and the serial design parameter of the product is obtained by using the design criterion. The number, which provides a scientific and quick side for the tedious series design Based on the similarity criterion between two similar bodies, this paper studies the construction of the series design criteria for non-standard mechanical products. In that first place, a series design criterion of the single part of the non-standard mechanical product is set up, and it is spread to a single mechanical system and a complex machine. The main system is put forward in the complex system, and the main parameters have the seriation of engineering use value. In the end, the application example of the project is given, and the series criterion of each sub-system is set up for the rotary atomization system, and the seriation of the series is also given. The results of the study are as follows: the new product development, especially on a certain basis, has the meaning of the series development.
