基于RCM理論下精細(xì)化工廠重要設(shè)備的維護(hù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著全球商業(yè)競(jìng)爭形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻,設(shè)備維護(hù)與可靠性分析在企業(yè)中的地位日趨突出。本文首先簡要闡述了設(shè)備維修及可靠性的研究現(xiàn)狀,之后介紹了RCM理論,對(duì)系統(tǒng)可靠性分析進(jìn)行了研究和探討,對(duì)預(yù)防維修周期的確定進(jìn)行了決策和優(yōu)化。 本文選取離心泵為精細(xì)化工廠內(nèi)代表性設(shè)備,通過對(duì)離心泵系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,得出了離心泵系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生故障的各種基本事件,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)可靠性理論,采用故障樹分析法,建立了離心泵系統(tǒng)的故障樹,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)故障樹進(jìn)行了定性分析,得出了系統(tǒng)的最小割集;利用相關(guān)方法得到了故障樹子事件的失效率,以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)系統(tǒng)故障樹進(jìn)行了定量分析,并求解得出了運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)周期中某一時(shí)刻的頂事件失效率;對(duì)系統(tǒng)故障樹進(jìn)行了重要度分析,得出了影響系統(tǒng)可靠性的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。之后,本文針對(duì)工廠離心泵設(shè)備的可靠度模型,以可用度最大和總費(fèi)用最小兩個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)為原則,分別求解最佳預(yù)防維修周期,并進(jìn)一步在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,引入可靠性指標(biāo),以可靠度為約束條件,重新計(jì)算了離心泵設(shè)備的最佳預(yù)防維修周期。 本文的故障樹分析法對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)離心泵設(shè)備的維修具有理論指導(dǎo)意義;本文的設(shè)備維護(hù)周期研究對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)設(shè)備維護(hù)周期的制定提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious situation of global commercial competition, equipment maintenance and reliability analysis play an increasingly prominent role in enterprises. In this paper, the research status of equipment maintenance and reliability is briefly described, then the RCM theory is introduced, the reliability analysis of the system is studied and discussed, and the decision and optimization of the determination of preventive maintenance cycle are made. In this paper, the centrifugal pump is selected as the representative equipment in the fine chemical plant. Through the structural analysis of the centrifugal pump system, various basic events of the centrifugal pump system fault are obtained. On this basis, combined with the system reliability theory, The fault tree of centrifugal pump system is established by using fault tree analysis method, and the system fault tree is qualitatively analyzed, and the minimum cut set of the system is obtained. The failure rate of the fault tree sub-event is obtained by using the correlation method, on the basis of which the quantitative analysis of the system fault tree is carried out, and the failure rate of the top event at a certain time in the operation cycle is obtained. The importance of the system fault tree is analyzed, and the weak links that affect the reliability of the system are obtained. After that, according to the reliability model of factory centrifugal pump equipment, based on the principles of maximum availability and minimum total cost, the optimal preventive maintenance cycle is solved respectively, and further on the basis of economic benefit index, The reliability index is introduced and the optimal preventive maintenance period of centrifugal pump equipment is recalculated with reliability as the constraint condition. The fault tree analysis method in this paper has theoretical guiding significance for the maintenance of centrifugal pump equipment in the enterprise, and the research on the equipment maintenance cycle in this paper provides a reference for the establishment of the equipment maintenance cycle in the enterprise.
