乳化液泵站機(jī)械故障診斷研究

【摘要】:乳化液泵站在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作時(shí),各個(gè)關(guān)鍵部件經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)磨損、毀壞等機(jī)械故障,影響乳化液泵站的安全性和可靠性,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)使生產(chǎn)大打折扣。因此,對(duì)乳化液泵站進(jìn)行機(jī)械故障診斷的研究,能夠及時(shí)排除故障和異,F(xiàn)象,避免造成更大事故發(fā)生,最終使乳化液泵站能夠更安全、更可靠地工作。 在很多機(jī)械故障中,都和滾動(dòng)軸承的故障離不開(kāi)關(guān)系,很多機(jī)械故障都是由滾動(dòng)軸承故障引起的,因此本文對(duì)乳化液泵站機(jī)械故障診斷研究的對(duì)象主要是針對(duì)防爆電機(jī)的滾動(dòng)軸承。根據(jù)一系列的對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承機(jī)械故障診斷方法的研究分析,確定采用振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析法是較為合適的,本課題使用該方法時(shí),最關(guān)鍵的就是采集滾動(dòng)軸承的振動(dòng)信號(hào),只有正確采集到振動(dòng)信號(hào),后續(xù)的分析和運(yùn)算才有意義。 本課題以滾動(dòng)軸承為研究對(duì)象,采用C8051F340為核心器件,與內(nèi)裝IC壓電式加速度傳感器、信號(hào)調(diào)理、A/D模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換相結(jié)合,組成滾動(dòng)軸承振動(dòng)信號(hào)的采集系統(tǒng),通過(guò)RS485通信方式與外部系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。系統(tǒng)使用精密的測(cè)量元件和高精度、低溫漂的電子器件,提高了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量精度。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),圍繞可維護(hù)性、可擴(kuò)沖性、可靠性而展開(kāi),同時(shí),為了允許在井下使用,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)符合本安要求。本文重點(diǎn)講述了機(jī)械故障診斷方案的選擇,以及振動(dòng)信號(hào)采集的設(shè)計(jì)思路、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并詳細(xì)介紹了采集系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件的工作原理和設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)展示了調(diào)試系統(tǒng)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)信息、波形圖和改進(jìn)方法。
[Abstract]:When the emulsion pump station works for a long time, each key component will often appear wear, destruction and other mechanical faults, which will affect the safety and reliability of the emulsion pump station, and will greatly reduce the production when it is serious. Therefore, the study of mechanical fault diagnosis of emulsion pumping station can eliminate faults and anomalies in time, avoid causing greater accidents, and finally make emulsion pumping stations work more safely and reliably.
