外嚙合齒輪泵模型建立以及振動(dòng)和噪聲研究

【摘要】:本文以建立外嚙合齒輪泵整體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型為目標(biāo)而展開(kāi)工作,分別建立了齒輪泵的困油模型、齒輪嚙合模型以及殼體結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)模型。通過(guò)對(duì)模型的建立,然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真分析和研究,能夠?qū)X輪泵的困油壓力、嚙合特性以及振動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)。同時(shí)還研究了異齒數(shù)對(duì)齒輪泵的影響,齒輪泵噪聲產(chǎn)生機(jī)理以及控制方法。 主要工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)以嚙合點(diǎn)到節(jié)點(diǎn)的長(zhǎng)度為整個(gè)論文的位置變量,建立齒輪泵困油模型,得出齒輪泵的相關(guān)參數(shù),主要包括流量、容積、泄露量的計(jì)算。 (2)研究異齒數(shù)對(duì)于齒輪泵的影響表現(xiàn)在哪些方面,得出主大從小的異齒數(shù)組合對(duì)于流量特性有利,,對(duì)困油現(xiàn)象不利;主小從大的異齒數(shù)組合對(duì)其影響則相反。 (3)對(duì)齒輪泵模型進(jìn)行仿真得出,當(dāng)考慮困油壓力對(duì)齒輪嚙合產(chǎn)生影響時(shí),即困油模型和齒輪嚙合模型耦合的情況下得出的結(jié)果更加可靠,更能真實(shí)反映齒輪泵的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程。對(duì)于殼體結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)模型的仿真主要分兩部分,靜力學(xué)分析和模態(tài)分析,并對(duì)泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,在滿足強(qiáng)度和剛度要求的情況下通過(guò)減少殼體厚度達(dá)到減輕重量、節(jié)省材料、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。 (4)提出齒輪泵噪聲進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,并且研究其噪聲產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,以及依據(jù)噪聲機(jī)理提出有效的降噪措施。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the whole dynamic model of external gear pump, the oil trapping model, gear meshing model and shell structure system model of gear pump are set up in this paper, and the oil trapping model, gear meshing model and shell structure system model of gear pump are established respectively. Through the establishment of the model and the simulation analysis and research of the gear pump, the oil trapping pressure, meshing characteristics and vibration characteristics of the gear pump can be accurately evaluated and predicted. At the same time, the influence of different tooth number on gear pump, the mechanism and control method of gear pump noise are also studied. The main work includes the following aspects: (1) taking the length of the meshing point to the node as the position variable of the whole paper, the oil trap model of gear pump is established, and the relevant parameters of gear pump are obtained, mainly including flow rate and volume. The calculation of the amount of leakage. (2) the influence of the number of different teeth on gear pump is studied, and it is concluded that the combination of large and small number of different teeth is beneficial to the flow characteristics and unfavorable to the phenomenon of oil trapping, while the effect of the combination of large number of different teeth of main and small subordinate is opposite to the effect of the combination of large number of different teeth on the gear pump. (3) the simulation of gear pump model shows that when the influence of oil trapping pressure on gear engagement is considered, the results obtained by coupling oil trap model and gear meshing model are more reliable and can reflect the operation process of gear pump. The simulation of shell structure system model is divided into two parts, statics analysis and modal analysis, and optimization analysis of pump shell structure. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness, the shell thickness can be reduced to reduce the weight by reducing the shell thickness. The purpose of saving materials and improving economic efficiency. (4) the experimental method of gear pump noise is put forward, and the mechanism of noise generation is studied, and the effective noise reduction measures are put forward according to the noise mechanism.
