基于等強(qiáng)度的起重機(jī)行星減速機(jī)傳動(dòng)方案研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,對(duì)起重機(jī)的需求越來(lái)越多,與其配套的傳動(dòng)裝置——行星減速機(jī)的市場(chǎng)需求也在不斷擴(kuò)大。行星齒輪傳動(dòng)是行星減速機(jī)的重要傳動(dòng)副,其方案設(shè)計(jì)的合理與否直接影響減速機(jī)傳動(dòng)性能,進(jìn)而影響機(jī)械設(shè)備的使用性能。針對(duì)系列起重機(jī)用2K-H (NGW)型行星減速機(jī)產(chǎn)品,深入研究齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中各齒輪參數(shù)及關(guān)鍵零部件結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)齒輪等強(qiáng)度的影響,同時(shí)開發(fā)其相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)行星減速機(jī)齒輪系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的程序化。 本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: (1)研究了起重機(jī)用行星減速機(jī)齒輪傳動(dòng)方案;诘葟(qiáng)度原則,深入研究了行星齒輪配齒計(jì)算算法與設(shè)計(jì)流程,得到一套較為準(zhǔn)確和通用的行星齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)算法,并開發(fā)了其設(shè)計(jì)軟件。 (2)基于國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織(ISO)最新齒輪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO6336-2006,同時(shí)考慮起重機(jī)用行星減速機(jī)工作特點(diǎn)及使用要求,研究了行星齒輪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算中各項(xiàng)參數(shù)對(duì)齒輪等強(qiáng)度目標(biāo)的影響,按此行星齒輪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算算法,以Matlab為平臺(tái)開發(fā)了齒輪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算專用模塊。 (3)對(duì)行星齒輪變位系數(shù)確定的問題進(jìn)行了深入研究;邶X輪等強(qiáng)度原則及變位系數(shù)取值的限制條件,選取設(shè)計(jì)變量,確定約束條件,得到優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)函數(shù),立足工程實(shí)際實(shí)現(xiàn)了變位系數(shù)取值的程序化。 (4)研究了行星減速機(jī)齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)方案評(píng)價(jià)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)及評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)等接觸和等彎曲強(qiáng)度分配指標(biāo)權(quán)重值,得到多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)價(jià)程序。 研究成果應(yīng)用于25噸汽車起重機(jī)用行星減速機(jī)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中,并經(jīng)減速機(jī)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)試驗(yàn),結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了以本文研究方法設(shè)計(jì)的行星減速機(jī)整機(jī)性能良好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction machinery industry in China, there is more and more demand for cranes, and the market demand for planetary reducer, which is supporting the crane, is expanding. Planetary gear transmission is an important transmission pair of planetary reducer. Whether the scheme design is reasonable or not directly affects the transmission performance of the reducer and then affects the service performance of machinery and equipment. Aiming at the products of 2K-H (NGW) planetary reducer used in series cranes, the influence of gear parameters and key parts structure on the strength of gears in gear transmission system is deeply studied, and the corresponding design software is developed at the same time. The programming of gear system design of planetary reducer is realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the gear transmission scheme of planetary reducer for crane is studied. Based on the principle of equal strength, the calculation algorithm and design flow of planetary gear matching are studied deeply, and a set of accurate and general scheme design algorithm of planetary gear transmission system is obtained, and its design software is developed. (2) based on the latest (ISO) gear strength calculation standard ISO6336-2006, of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the working characteristics and application requirements of planetary reducer for cranes are considered at the same time. The influence of the parameters on the equal strength target of the planetary gear is studied. According to the calculation algorithm of the planetary gear strength, the special module of the gear strength calculation is developed on the platform of Matlab. (3) the determination of displacement coefficient of planetary gear is deeply studied. Based on the principle of equal strength of gears and the limiting conditions of the value of displacement coefficient, the design variables are selected, the constraint conditions are determined, and the objective function of optimal design is obtained. Based on the engineering practice, the programming of the value of displacement coefficient is realized. (4) the performance index and evaluation method of the scheme evaluation of gear transmission system of planetary reducer are studied, the weight value of equal contact and equal bending strength distribution index is studied, and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation program is obtained. The research results have been applied to the research and development of 25 ton planetary reducer for truck cranes. The test results show that the planetary reducer designed in this paper has good performance.
