自適應(yīng)整周期采樣和相關(guān)濾波在轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對模擬帶通跟蹤濾波和零相移數(shù)字濾波等不平衡信號提取方法對轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡高精度測試要求不滿足的問題,提出了一種自適應(yīng)整周期采樣和相關(guān)濾波結(jié)合的轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡信號提取方法。首先使用自適應(yīng)整周期采樣算法對振動(dòng)信號進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,使其逼近理想抽樣序列,然后利用相關(guān)濾波法提取出不平衡信號,最后用快速傅立葉變換法準(zhǔn)確提取出不平衡信號的幅值和相位。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該方法能夠滿足高精度動(dòng)平衡測試要求,在轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡中具有較好應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the unbalance signal extraction methods such as analog band-pass tracking filter and zero-phase-shift digital filter, the high precision testing requirements of rotor dynamic balance are not satisfied. A novel rotor unbalanced signal extraction method based on adaptive whole period sampling and correlation filtering is proposed. Firstly, the vibration signal is compensated by the adaptive whole period sampling algorithm to approximate the ideal sampling sequence, and then the unbalanced signal is extracted by the correlation filtering method. Finally, the amplitude and phase of unbalanced signal are extracted by fast Fourier transform (FFT). Simulation and experiments show that this method can meet the requirements of high-precision dynamic balance testing and has a good application value in rotor dynamic balancing.
