多軸自動(dòng)擰緊裝置的研制

【摘要】:本課題是企業(yè)委托的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目。論文對(duì)多軸自動(dòng)擰緊進(jìn)行了研究,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一套用于截止閥擰緊的多軸自動(dòng)擰緊裝置。 首先,論文闡述了多軸自動(dòng)擰緊裝置的設(shè)計(jì)思想、各部分組成及軟件方法。提出了多軸自動(dòng)擰緊裝置的整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案,主要包括控制單元部分、驅(qū)動(dòng)單元部分、回轉(zhuǎn)單元部分及氣路單元部分?刂茊卧淖饔檬菂f(xié)調(diào)各個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)單元完成擰緊動(dòng)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)角的測量。驅(qū)動(dòng)單元的作用是根據(jù)控制單元指令,完成擰緊動(dòng)作;剞D(zhuǎn)單元的作用是根據(jù)控制單元指令,,實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)盤的自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。氣路單元的作用是為氣路中的氣缸提供動(dòng)力輸出。 其次,論文對(duì)控制單元、驅(qū)動(dòng)單元和回轉(zhuǎn)單元和氣路單元進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹?刂茊卧捎靡訮LC為核心的控制方案,通過人機(jī)交互實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)顯示和參數(shù)設(shè)置,通過串口與驅(qū)動(dòng)單元進(jìn)行通訊。驅(qū)動(dòng)單元主要由伺服系統(tǒng)、減速器及扭矩傳感器組成;剞D(zhuǎn)單元由步進(jìn)電機(jī)和轉(zhuǎn)盤組成。氣路單元由各個(gè)不同型號(hào)的氣缸組成。 最后,將模糊PID控制算法應(yīng)用于多電機(jī)同步控制上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了閥帽和沖注閥帽的同時(shí)擰緊。該算法通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)和分析研究得出結(jié)論,擰緊結(jié)果穩(wěn)定性好,最終擰緊扭矩精度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:This subject is a research and development project entrusted by the enterprise. In this paper, multi-axis automatic tightening is studied, and a multi-axis automatic tightening device for globe valve is designed and developed. Firstly, the design idea, composition and software method of multi-axis automatic tightening device are described. The design scheme of multi-axis automatic tightening device is presented, which includes control unit, drive unit, rotary unit and gas path unit. The function of the control unit is to coordinate each driving unit to complete the tightening action and to measure the torque and rotation angle. The function of the drive unit is to complete the tightening action according to the control unit instruction. The function of the rotary unit is to realize the automatic rotation of the turntable according to the command of the control unit. The function of the air path unit is to provide the power output for the cylinder in the air path. Secondly, the control unit, drive unit, rotary unit and gas path unit are introduced in detail. The control unit adopts the control scheme with PLC as the core, realizes real-time display and parameter setting through man-machine interaction, and communicates with the drive unit through serial port. The drive unit is mainly composed of servo system, reducer and torque sensor. The rotary unit consists of a step motor and a turntable. The air path unit consists of different types of cylinders. Finally, the fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to the synchronous control of multi-motor, and the valve cap and the punching valve cap are tightened at the same time. Through a large number of experiments and analysis, it is concluded that the tightening result is stable and the precision of the final tightening torque meets the design requirements.
