大連KSB公司偏心閥項目溝通管理案例研究

【摘要】:隨著近海石油勘探和開采的興起,船用閥門的需求呈現(xiàn)正增長趨勢。作為船用閥門的代表偏心閥具有獨特的設(shè)計理念,在船用閥門市場具有很強的競爭力,所以,如果偏心閥項目能夠成功地實施,那么,這個項目不僅可以提高公司的項目管理水平和盈利水平,而且還有利于公司未來的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 任何一個項目的成功實施都要求項目成員及項目利益相關(guān)方之間有效溝通與協(xié)調(diào)配合,偏心閥項目也不例外,但是,在項目管理實施過程中,公司內(nèi)部各職能部門之間、公司與供應(yīng)商及政府職能部門之間、公司與法國閥門事業(yè)部和設(shè)計部門之間出現(xiàn)的溝通管理問題,導(dǎo)致項目開發(fā)過程困難重重。本文介紹了大連KSB公司偏心閥項目溝通管理存在的問題以及相關(guān)的團(tuán)隊溝通與協(xié)調(diào)、沖突管理理論依據(jù),從項目團(tuán)隊溝通障礙的影響因素等方面系統(tǒng)地分析了溝通協(xié)調(diào)問題以及沖突產(chǎn)生的原因,最后,理論聯(lián)系項目溝通管理實際,分別從組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置、溝通渠道的選擇、解決沖突技術(shù)和激發(fā)沖突技術(shù)、個性因素等方面有針對性地提出解決問題的策略與措施,促進(jìn)項目團(tuán)隊溝通協(xié)調(diào)與配合,共同實現(xiàn)項目目標(biāo)。項目溝通以及沖突管理的應(yīng)用實踐表明:項目組織成員之間的協(xié)調(diào)配合能力明顯改善,項目組織績效明顯提高,項目的目標(biāo)得到實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rise of offshore oil exploration and exploitation, the demand for marine valves shows a positive growth trend. The successful implementation of any project requires effective communication and coordination between the project members and project stakeholders, and the eccentric valve project is no exception. The problems of communication and management between the company and the suppliers and government departments, between the company and the French valve department and the design department lead to the difficulties in the project development process. This paper introduces the problems existing in the communication management of the eccentric valve project in Dalian KSB Company, as well as the related team communication and coordination, the theoretical basis of conflict management, This paper systematically analyzes the problem of communication coordination and the causes of conflict from the aspects of the influencing factors of project team communication barriers. Finally, it combines the theory with the project communication management practice, respectively from the organizational structure setting, the choice of communication channels. In the aspects of conflict resolution technology, motivating conflict technology, personality factors and so on, the strategies and measures to solve the problem are put forward to promote the communication, coordination and cooperation of the project team, so as to achieve the project goal together. The practice of project communication and conflict management shows that the ability of coordination and coordination among the members of the project organization is obviously improved, the performance of the project organization is obviously improved, and the goal of the project is achieved.
