【摘要】：在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"新形勢下,國家對創(chuàng)新型應用人才的迫切需求推動地方高校實驗教學改革不斷深化。借鑒德國應用技術大學在專業(yè)建設和人才培養(yǎng)中的成功經驗,在重構實驗教學體系、改革實驗教學內容、豐富實驗教學模式以推動創(chuàng)新實踐基地建設、師資隊伍建設以及機械元素校園文化氛圍建設等環(huán)節(jié)中深度融入"德國元素",是打造機械工程專業(yè)特色,落實實驗教學人才培養(yǎng)質量的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", the urgent demand of the state for innovative applied talents promotes the deepening of experimental teaching reform in local colleges and universities. Based on the successful experience of the German University of Applied Technology in professional construction and talent training, this paper reconstructs the experimental teaching system, reforms the experimental teaching content, and enriches the experimental teaching model in order to promote the construction of innovative practice base. The construction of teachers and the construction of campus culture and atmosphere of mechanical elements are the effective ways to create the characteristics of mechanical engineering specialty and to carry out the training quality of experimental teaching talents.
