液體動靜壓軸承承載特性的分析與實驗研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展對高速重載和穩(wěn)定性提出了越來越高的要求,動靜壓軸承也因其特有的性能得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。動靜壓軸承綜合了靜壓軸承和動壓軸承的優(yōu)點,即在低速和高速時都具有較好的承載能力和動態(tài)性能,有較寬的速度范圍和無摩擦工作區(qū)域,較高的位置精度和旋轉(zhuǎn)精度,有較好的穩(wěn)定性等一系列優(yōu)點。它在結(jié)構(gòu)上同時實現(xiàn)了兩種軸承的功效,相互彌補不足。在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域特別是精密機床行業(yè)具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文首先介紹了動靜壓軸承的理論知識和計算流體力學的數(shù)值理論,然后對動靜壓軸承節(jié)流器的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)性能進行數(shù)值分析,以此為基礎(chǔ),著重分析了動靜壓軸承承載性能與各參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,對結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、潤滑介質(zhì)以及節(jié)流器的各參數(shù)對動靜壓軸承承載特性的影響做了深入的分析。 其次,在動靜壓軸承特性分析上主要從軸承結(jié)構(gòu)和節(jié)流器結(jié)構(gòu)入手,以計算流體力學理論為基礎(chǔ),以四油腔對置淺腔動靜壓軸承為主要研究對象,并以FLUENT6.3為工具,主要研究了節(jié)流器結(jié)構(gòu)、軸承供油壓力、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、寬徑比、偏心率等參數(shù)對軸承油膜的承載特性、壓力分布、偏位角、油膜剛度等相關(guān)參數(shù)的影響。 通過對比不同參數(shù)下得出的汕膜承載特性曲線,提出相應(yīng)的提高油膜承載能力的措施,提高了數(shù)值模擬在動靜滑動軸承設(shè)計計算中的可靠性,為全而研究油膜軸承的動靜態(tài)特性和潤滑介質(zhì)的流動情況提供了有效的手段。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industry, the requirements of high speed, heavy load and stability are becoming higher and higher, and the hydrostatic bearing is more and more widely used because of its special performance. The hydrostatic bearing combines the advantages of the hydrostatic bearing and the hydrodynamic bearing, that is, it has better bearing capacity and dynamic performance at low speed and high speed, wider speed range and friction free working area, higher position accuracy and rotation accuracy. It has a series of advantages such as good stability and so on. It realizes the function of the two kinds of bearings at the same time in the structure, and makes up for each other's deficiency. In the industrial field, especially in the precision machine industry has a broad application prospects. This paper first introduces the theoretical knowledge of the hydrostatic bearing and the numerical theory of computational fluid dynamics, and then carries on the numerical analysis to the working principle and the structure performance of the throttle of the hydrostatic bearing. The relationship between bearing performance and parameters is analyzed, and the influence of structural parameters, lubricating medium and throttle parameters on bearing performance is analyzed. Secondly, based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the characteristic analysis of hydrostatic bearing is mainly based on the structure of bearing and the structure of throttle. The main research object is four oil cavity opposite shallow cavity static and static bearing, and FLUENT6.3 is used as the tool. The effects of throttle structure, bearing oil supply pressure, spindle speed, width to diameter ratio and eccentricity on bearing oil film load characteristics, pressure distribution, offset angle, oil film stiffness and so on are studied. By comparing the load bearing characteristic curves of Shantou membrane with different parameters, the corresponding measures to improve the bearing capacity of oil film are put forward, and the reliability of numerical simulation in the design and calculation of static and dynamic sliding bearings is improved. It provides an effective means to study the dynamic and static characteristics of oil film bearing and the flow of lubricating medium.
