齒輪加工車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題的研究

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)調(diào)度是生產(chǎn)決策的一種形式,在制造業(yè)中擔(dān)當(dāng)著非常重要的角色。在當(dāng)前的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,有效的排序和調(diào)度是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵,并逐步成為在市場(chǎng)中生存的必要條件。在60年代,人們就已經(jīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃和整數(shù)規(guī)劃對(duì)調(diào)度問題做了大量的研究,然而現(xiàn)實(shí)中的調(diào)度問題往往與理論研究中的數(shù)學(xué)模型有很大區(qū)別。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)加工中會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多隨機(jī)事件,現(xiàn)實(shí)中的機(jī)器環(huán)境也非常復(fù)雜。 本篇文章在分析了齒輪加工工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)齒輪加工車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行研究,主要研究工作如下: (1)在分析各種齒輪加工工藝和齒輪加工車間布局的的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了齒輪加工車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的理論。對(duì)齒輪加工中生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行建模,并通過改進(jìn)的啟發(fā)式算法對(duì)齒輪加工生產(chǎn)調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行求解,以滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求。 (2)在加入各種實(shí)際生產(chǎn)要素的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用Flexsim仿真優(yōu)化軟件對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)好的模型進(jìn)行虛擬仿真,驗(yàn)證其在生產(chǎn)加工中的可行性,并對(duì)各種調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 (3)針對(duì)某齒輪廠的齒輪加工,通過和該企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)的集成,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)一套符合其生產(chǎn)要求的調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Production scheduling is a form of production decision, which plays a very important role in manufacturing industry. In the current competitive environment, efficient sorting and scheduling is the foundation and key to improve economic efficiency, and gradually become a necessary condition for survival in the market. In the 1960s, people have done a lot of research on scheduling problem with dynamic programming and integer programming. However, the scheduling problem in reality is often different from the mathematical model in theoretical research. There are many random events in real production and processing, and the machine environment is very complex. Based on the analysis of gear machining technology, this paper studies the production scheduling problem of gear processing workshop. The main research work is as follows: (1) based on the analysis of various gear processing techniques and gear workshop layout, the production scheduling theory of gear machining workshop is expounded. The production scheduling problem in gear machining is modeled, and an improved heuristic algorithm is used to solve the production scheduling model of gear machining to meet the actual production requirements. (2) on the basis of adding all kinds of actual production factors, the Flexsim simulation optimization software is used to simulate the designed model, to verify its feasibility in production and processing, and to evaluate various scheduling schemes. (3) aiming at the gear machining in a gear factory, through the integration with the enterprise's information system, we design and develop a set of scheduling system according to its production requirements.
