熔融沉積快速成型的支撐優(yōu)化工藝方法研究

【摘要】:熔融沉積成型技術(shù)(Fused deposition modeling,FDM)近年來(lái)在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,但制造過(guò)程中的懸空結(jié)構(gòu)需要通過(guò)添加支撐用來(lái)支持懸空部分使成型過(guò)程順利進(jìn)行。而支撐結(jié)構(gòu)不僅浪費(fèi)成型材料,降低成型效率,最后在去除支撐結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)也會(huì)破壞制件的表面質(zhì)量。因此從FDM技術(shù)的工藝特點(diǎn)出發(fā),以減少使用支撐結(jié)構(gòu)為目標(biāo),通過(guò)優(yōu)化過(guò)程規(guī)劃的工藝參數(shù),提出一種針對(duì)熔融沉積成型技術(shù)的自適應(yīng)支撐優(yōu)化工藝方法。結(jié)果表明該方法有效地減少了支撐的使用量。
[Abstract]:Melt deposition molding (Fused deposition modeling,FDM) technology has been widely used in many fields in recent years, but the suspended structure in the manufacturing process needs to be supported by the support of the suspension part to make the forming process go smoothly. The supporting structure not only wastes the molding material and reduces the forming efficiency, but also destroys the surface quality of the parts when the supporting structure is removed. Therefore, according to the process characteristics of FDM technology, aiming at reducing the use of supporting structure, an adaptive support optimization method for melt deposition molding technology is proposed by optimizing the process parameters of process planning. The results show that the method can effectively reduce the use of support.
