導重法求解柔性機構多目標拓撲優(yōu)化問題

【摘要】:柔性機構中為同時考慮結構的剛性和機構的柔性,研究結構整體柔度最小化和結構輸出位移最大化的多目標拓撲優(yōu)化設計方法.建立基于RAMP插值模型的多目標拓撲優(yōu)化設計模型,采用伴隨敏度分析法進行目標函數(shù)敏度分析.將導重法引入到柔性機構拓撲優(yōu)化問題的求解中,推導出柔性機構多目標拓撲優(yōu)化問題的迭代表達式.對柔性機構的典型算例進行拓撲優(yōu)化計算,算例結果表明,基于RAMP插值模型結合導重法求解柔性機構多目標拓撲優(yōu)化問題具有設計變量少、收斂速度快、優(yōu)化效率高的特點,上述方法的結合為求解柔性機構多目標拓撲優(yōu)化問題提供了一條新途徑.
[Abstract]:In order to consider both the rigidity of the structure and the flexibility of the mechanism, a multi-objective topology optimization method for minimizing the overall flexibility of the structure and maximizing the output displacement of the structure is studied in the flexible mechanism. A multi-objective topology optimization design model based on RAMP interpolation model is established, and the objective function sensitivity analysis is carried out by adjoint sensitivity analysis. The derivative weight method is introduced to solve the topological optimization problem of flexible mechanism, and the iterative expression of multi-objective topology optimization problem of flexible mechanism is derived. The typical example of flexible mechanism is calculated by topology optimization. The results show that the multi-objective topology optimization problem of flexible mechanism based on RAMP interpolation model combined with weight guide method has the characteristics of less design variables, faster convergence speed and higher optimization efficiency. The combination of these methods provides a new approach for solving multi-objective topology optimization problems of flexible mechanisms.
