提高輸出法蘭支架平面度和平行度的研究

【摘要】:輸出法蘭支架壁厚較薄,加工時(shí)容易變形,使其平面度和平行度達(dá)不到要求。通過分析輸出法蘭支架結(jié)構(gòu)及原加工工藝,找到了影響該精度的原因。通過設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)易夾具與改進(jìn)加工工藝方案,有效解決了加工過程中的振動(dòng)問題,使加工精度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:The wall thickness of the output flange bracket is thin, and it is easy to deform during processing, which makes the planeness and parallelism not meet the requirements. By analyzing the structure of the output flange bracket and the original processing technology, the reasons influencing the precision are found. By designing a simple fixture and improving the processing technology, the vibration problem in the machining process is effectively solved, the machining precision meets the design requirements and the production efficiency is improved.
