【摘要】：介紹了基于電感原理的微流體油液檢測芯片,研究了油液中鐵顆粒通過微流體油液檢測芯片檢測區(qū)的速率對顆粒計數(shù)靈敏度的影響。制作了微流體油液檢測芯片,搭建了檢測系統(tǒng)。實驗研究了不同驅(qū)動速率與顆粒產(chǎn)生的電感脈沖信號幅值之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:對于同一鐵顆粒,其通過檢測芯片時的電感脈沖信號幅值隨著速率的增加而線性減小。該研究結(jié)果為提高微流體油液檢測芯片的檢測精度及靈敏度提供了參考。
[Abstract]:A microfluid oil detection chip based on inductance principle is introduced. The effect of the rate of iron particles passing through the detection area of microfluid oil detection chip on the particle counting sensitivity is studied. The microfluidic oil detection chip was made and the detection system was built. The relationship between the different driving rates and the amplitude of the inductance pulse signal produced by the particle is studied experimentally. The results show that the amplitude of the inductance pulse signal decreases linearly with the increase of the rate for the same iron particle. The results provide a reference for improving the detection accuracy and sensitivity of microfluid oil detection chip.
