【摘要】：通過(guò)理論計(jì)算和分析高速密封角接觸球軸承的內(nèi)部空間狀態(tài),將軸承密封空間分為動(dòng)空間和靜空間2部分,并以高速密封角接觸球軸承7005C/HQ1P4為對(duì)象,在不同填脂量下對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行跑合試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,高速密封角接觸球軸承填脂量與軸承內(nèi)部空間狀態(tài)有重要的關(guān)系,應(yīng)根據(jù)軸承靜空間比例進(jìn)行選擇合適的填脂量。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical calculation and analysis of the internal space state of high speed sealed angular contact ball bearing, the sealing space of bearing is divided into two parts: dynamic space and static space. The 7005C/HQ1P4 of high speed sealed angular contact ball bearing is taken as an object. The running-fit test of bearing was carried out under different fat filling amount. The results show that there is an important relationship between the filling amount of grease and the internal space state of the bearing, and the proper amount of grease filling should be selected according to the ratio of the static space of the bearing.
