塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:塔式起重機(jī)在建筑領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,能夠有效節(jié)省人力,加快施工進(jìn)度。但是在施工過(guò)程中人員傷亡和設(shè)備損毀的事故也屢屢發(fā)生,對(duì)社會(huì)造成重大的損失。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以ARM控制器為核心,采用傳感器技術(shù)、GPRS無(wú)線傳輸技術(shù)和USB接口技術(shù),構(gòu)建了塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)。實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控塔機(jī)的工作狀態(tài),當(dāng)發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)狀況時(shí)發(fā)出警報(bào),并將數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)至存儲(chǔ)器和網(wǎng)站,對(duì)塔機(jī)進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)控和管理。 本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)根據(jù)塔機(jī)現(xiàn)狀和運(yùn)行環(huán)境,分析塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求,制定塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總體方案的設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)流程。進(jìn)行軟硬件方案整體設(shè)計(jì),確定系統(tǒng)中央處理單元方案和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的方案,完成塔機(jī)監(jiān)控終端和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控管理中心核心部分方案設(shè)計(jì)。 (2)設(shè)計(jì)塔機(jī)監(jiān)控終端。塔機(jī)監(jiān)控終端包括電源、傳感器信號(hào)的采樣、LCD顯示、U盤數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、GPRS模塊通信、聲光報(bào)警等子模塊,實(shí)時(shí)采集塔機(jī)的工作數(shù)據(jù)。塔機(jī)工作數(shù)據(jù)在顯示器中顯示,同時(shí)存儲(chǔ)至監(jiān)控終端的u盤并通過(guò)GPRS無(wú)線通信傳輸至塔機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控管理中心。根據(jù)采集到的工作數(shù)據(jù),判斷是否超過(guò)預(yù)警值,當(dāng)超過(guò)預(yù)警值時(shí),通過(guò)聲、光、短信等方式報(bào)警,同時(shí)向相應(yīng)的繼電器發(fā)送信號(hào),控制塔機(jī)吊車的減速、限制運(yùn)動(dòng)方向或停機(jī)。 (3)建立遠(yuǎn)程塔機(jī)監(jiān)控管理中心。在遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控管理中心使用VB開發(fā)工具設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)程序以接收塔機(jī)監(jiān)控終端發(fā)送的塔機(jī)工作數(shù)據(jù)。程序接收到這些數(shù)據(jù)后將這些數(shù)據(jù)保存到SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并上傳至Web網(wǎng)頁(yè)。監(jiān)控管理中心工作人員根據(jù)需要可在任一臺(tái)聯(lián)網(wǎng)的計(jì)算機(jī)終端,打開該網(wǎng)頁(yè)讀取相應(yīng)塔機(jī)的工作數(shù)據(jù)。 (4)最后將各個(gè)傳感器安裝在塔機(jī)上,并通過(guò)電纜線和本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行連接,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)軟件和硬件的在線調(diào)試。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)分析了試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,證明了該系統(tǒng)的有效性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Tower crane is widely used in the field of construction, which can save manpower and speed up construction. However, the accidents of casualties and equipment damage also occur frequently in the construction process, causing great losses to the society. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs the tower crane security monitoring and management system. The system takes ARM controller as the core, adopts sensor technology, GPRS wireless transmission technology and USB interface technology, and constructs the tower crane security monitoring management system. It can monitor the working status of tower crane in real time, issue an alarm when a dangerous situation occurs, and store the data to memory and website to monitor and manage the tower crane safely. The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: (1) according to the status quo and running environment of tower crane, the functional requirements of tower crane security monitoring and management system are analyzed. Formulate the overall scheme of tower crane security monitoring system design and system development process. The whole design of software and hardware is carried out, the scheme of central processing unit and remote monitoring is determined, and the design of tower crane monitoring terminal and core part of remote monitoring and management center is completed. (2) the tower crane monitoring terminal is designed. Tower crane monitoring terminal includes power, sensor signal sampling, LCD display, U disk data storage, GPRS module communication, acoustooptic alarm and other sub-modules, real-time acquisition of tower crane working data. The tower crane working data is displayed in the display and stored to the udisk of the monitoring terminal and transmitted to the remote monitoring management center of the tower crane via GPRS wireless communication. According to the working data collected, to determine whether to exceed the early warning value, when exceeding the warning value, alarm by means of sound, light, short message and so on, at the same time send signals to the corresponding relay to control the deceleration of crane. Restrict movement direction or stop. (3) establish remote tower crane monitoring management center. The upper computer program is designed by using VB development tool in remote monitoring management center to receive tower crane working data sent by tower crane monitoring terminal. The program receives the data and saves it to the SQL Server database and uploads it to the Web page. The staff of the monitoring and management center can open the web page to read the working data of the tower crane according to the need of the computer terminal of any network. (4) finally, each sensor is installed on the tower crane. And through the cable and the system to connect, the system software and hardware online debugging. The field test results show that the system is effective and reliable.
