【摘要】:隨著鋼帶傳動理論研究的進步,加上國內(nèi)外環(huán)境保護要求的呼聲日益提高等,國外最早在歐美化工、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)內(nèi),出現(xiàn)了原理相同結構用途各異的鋼帶傳動系統(tǒng)。 而伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的持續(xù)發(fā)展,市場競爭日益激烈,化工制造業(yè)已經(jīng)進入了規(guī)模競爭時代,面臨嚴峻的競爭成本挑戰(zhàn)。很多企業(yè)都選擇了應用自動化生產(chǎn)設備生產(chǎn),來提升自身產(chǎn)品的競爭力。但是在設備實際的設計、生產(chǎn)、應用、推廣過程中,由于過度依賴參照設計,缺乏基礎數(shù)據(jù),導致了分析計算不足;加上三化工作準備不足,可靠性難以有效保證。因此構建一個完整的設計框架對新形勢下的設備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)具有重要意義。 本文通過對鋼帶傳動設計理論研究,以整體改進優(yōu)化的思路,借助于SolidWorks工具,使用有限元法,進而利用COSMOSWorks分析軟件改進現(xiàn)有設計方案。從而提出一整套的設計方案。 本文重點對驅(qū)動輪轂、破碎機梳板齒的強度/剛度/模態(tài)分析,在此分析的基礎上檢驗設計方案是否可行。對梳板齒、鋼帶進行疲勞計算分析,在此基礎上提出了一些提高使用壽命的辦法。
[Abstract]:With the development of steel belt transmission theory and the increasing demand of environmental protection at home and abroad, the steel belt transmission system with the same structure and different uses has emerged in Europe and America as early as in the chemical industry, medicine and other industries. With the continuous development of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition, chemical manufacturing industry has entered the era of scale competition, facing a severe challenge of competitive costs. Many enterprises have chosen to use automatic production equipment production to enhance the competitiveness of their products. However, in the process of actual design, production, application and popularization of equipment, due to excessive reliance on reference design, the lack of basic data leads to insufficient analysis and calculation. Therefore, the construction of a complete design framework for the new situation of equipment production enterprises has an important significance. In this paper, through the study of the design theory of steel belt transmission, with the idea of overall improvement and optimization, with the help of SolidWorks tools, the finite element method is used, and then the existing design scheme is improved by using the COSMOSWorks analysis software. Thus, a whole set of design scheme is put forward. In this paper, the strength / stiffness / modal analysis of the driving wheel hub and the comb teeth of the crusher is emphasized, and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified on the basis of the analysis. On the basis of fatigue calculation and analysis of comb teeth and steel strip, some methods to improve service life are put forward.
