邊界潤滑膜溫度特性試驗機的研制與試驗研究

【摘要】:邊界潤滑是機械設(shè)備中最主要的潤滑形式,而在潤滑油中加入各種添加劑是提高其邊界潤滑性能的重要手段。因此,開展邊界潤滑膜評價方法的研究,對于添加劑的合理選擇與應(yīng)用具有重要意義。 依據(jù)摩擦學(xué)原理推導(dǎo)出目前所采用的臨界載荷法和臨界速度法作為邊界潤滑膜性能評價方法所存在的問題,提出了一種新的評價方法:臨界溫度法。為了驗證該評價方法的正確性,開展了邊界潤滑膜溫度特性試驗方法的研究,針對試驗要求,進行了試驗機機械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與制造。 根據(jù)邊界潤滑膜溫度特性試驗機的功能需求,開發(fā)了一套基于虛擬儀器LabVIEW的測量與控制系統(tǒng)。包括步進電機控制系統(tǒng)、摩擦力測量系統(tǒng)、溫度控制系統(tǒng)以及數(shù)據(jù)存儲系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計了友好的測控系統(tǒng)操作界面。 開展了多種潤滑添加劑的邊界膜溫度性能試驗,并對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析和處理,獲得了潤滑添加劑的邊界膜溫度特性。 試驗結(jié)果表明:本文所設(shè)計的試驗方法能夠全面的反映邊界潤滑膜各溫度點的摩擦特征,并且對各種油樣有好的分辨能力,采用邊界膜臨界溫度試驗方法所獲得的摩擦系數(shù)—溫度曲線,不僅能清楚反映邊界膜開始失效的臨界溫度值,而且能反映出潤滑添加劑的影響區(qū)間。
[Abstract]:Boundary lubrication is the most important form of lubrication in mechanical equipment, and adding various additives to lubricating oil is an important means to improve its boundary lubrication performance. Therefore, the research on the evaluation method of boundary lubricating film is of great significance for the rational selection and application of additives. According to the tribology principle, the problems of critical load method and critical velocity method as boundary lubricating film performance evaluation methods are deduced, and a new evaluation method, critical temperature method, is put forward. In order to verify the correctness of the evaluation method, the test method of boundary lubricating film temperature characteristic was studied, and the design and manufacture of the mechanical system of the testing machine was carried out according to the test requirements. A measurement and control system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW is developed according to the functional requirements of the boundary lubricating film temperature characteristic tester. It includes stepper motor control system, friction measurement system, temperature control system and data storage system. The boundary film temperature properties of various lubricating additives were tested, and the experimental data were analyzed and processed, and the boundary film temperature characteristics of lubricating additives were obtained. The experimental results show that the test method designed in this paper can fully reflect the friction characteristics of the boundary lubricating film at various temperature points, and has a good resolution for various oil samples. The friction-temperature curve obtained by using the boundary film critical temperature test method can not only clearly reflect the critical temperature value of the initial failure of the boundary film, but also reflect the influence range of lubricating additives.
