基于遺傳算法的ERP和柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì),我國經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展,綜合國力也得到了大幅的提升。其中,制造業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ),更是得到了跨越式的發(fā)展。中國正在逐步成為世界制造強國,并在為成為世界制造中心的宏偉目標(biāo)而繼續(xù)奮斗。與制造業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展不相匹配的是,制造企業(yè)對于企業(yè)資源管理系統(tǒng),即ERP系統(tǒng)重要性的認(rèn)識還不到位,應(yīng)用水平還很低,應(yīng)用范圍不均衡。這些都大大制約了我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。 在應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)從企業(yè)宏觀的角度對制造企業(yè)的主生產(chǎn)計劃(MPS)、物料需求計劃(MRP)和能力需求(CRP)計劃進(jìn)行編制后,需要從制造車間微觀的角度對機床和人員進(jìn)行調(diào)度,即進(jìn)行作業(yè)車間的調(diào)度,以快速完成產(chǎn)品所需零部件的加工。經(jīng)典的作業(yè)車間調(diào)度問題(JSP)與實際生產(chǎn)脫節(jié),不能適用于實際生產(chǎn)。而柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度問題(FJSP)是對經(jīng)典作業(yè)車間調(diào)度的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,它更加結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際,對實際生產(chǎn)具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文以設(shè)計出一套ERP和柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo),以ASP.NET為開發(fā)環(huán)境,以Visual Studio2008和MATLAB R2008a為開發(fā)工具,以C#為開發(fā)語言,以Microsoft SQL Server2005為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,在設(shè)計出改進(jìn)遺傳算法的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)出了基于遺傳算法的ERP和柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)首先從企業(yè)的實際需求出發(fā),依據(jù)企業(yè)總體規(guī)劃和企業(yè)提供的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),從宏觀上對企業(yè)的主生產(chǎn)計劃(MPS)、物料需求計劃(MRP)和能力需求(CRP)計劃進(jìn)行編制,,并生成相應(yīng)的計劃;然后系統(tǒng)以企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)生成的計劃為基礎(chǔ),從企業(yè)制造車間的角度出發(fā),從微觀上對作業(yè)車間的資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)度,并在調(diào)度過程中應(yīng)用智能優(yōu)化算法-改進(jìn)的遺傳算法,使車間資源的利用率達(dá)到最大化。 綜上所述,該ERP和柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實現(xiàn),特別是應(yīng)用改進(jìn)遺傳算法進(jìn)行柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度,是對ERP和柔性作業(yè)車間調(diào)度協(xié)同進(jìn)行的一種嘗試,對于制造企業(yè)如何規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)和進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)調(diào)度具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Enter 21 century, our country economy develops rapidly, the comprehensive national strength also obtained the substantial enhancement. Among them, the manufacturing industry as the foundation of the national economy, but also a leapfrog development. China is gradually becoming a world manufacturing power and continues to strive for its grand goal of becoming a manufacturing center in the world. What does not match with the booming development of manufacturing industry is that the knowledge of the importance of enterprise resource management system, that is, ERP system, is not in place, the application level is still very low, and the application scope is not balanced. These have greatly restricted the development of our manufacturing industry. After applying ERP system to compile the master production plan (MPS), material requirement plan (MRP) and capability requirement (CRP) plan of manufacturing enterprise from the macroscopic angle of enterprise, we need to schedule the machine tool and personnel from the micro point of view of manufacturing workshop. That is, job shop scheduling, in order to quickly complete the processing of components required by the product. The classical job shop scheduling problem (JSP) is out of touch with actual production and can not be applied to actual production. The flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is a further development of the classical job shop scheduling, which combines the production practice and has a certain practical significance to the actual production. This paper aims at designing a set of ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system, taking ASP.NET as development environment, Visual Studio2008 and MATLAB R2008a as development tools, C # as development language and Microsoft SQL Server2005 as backstage database. Based on the design of improved genetic algorithm, ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system based on genetic algorithm are developed. The system starts from the actual demand of the enterprise, according to the enterprise master plan and the basic data provided by the enterprise, from the macro point of view, the main production plan (MPS), material requirement plan (MRP) and the capability demand (CRP) plan are worked out. And then the system based on the plan generated by the enterprise ERP system, from the point of view of the enterprise manufacturing workshop, from the micro point of view to optimize the scheduling of the resources of the job shop. In order to maximize the utilization of job shop resources, an improved genetic algorithm (GA) is applied in the process of scheduling. To sum up, the development and implementation of the ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system, especially the application of improved genetic algorithm for flexible job shop scheduling, is an attempt to cooperate with ERP and flexible job shop scheduling. It is of practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to plan production and schedule production.
