【摘要】：針對減小平面鏟板切削傾角和加裝水平鏟刀2種方式,對平面鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并將2種方式得到的鏟板分別視為簡單鏟板和復(fù)雜鏟板。引入不同鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)刃緣相近的概念,使設(shè)計(jì)的3組簡單鏟板和復(fù)雜鏟板具有相近刃緣前移距離,且平均前移距離分別為56.8,114.6和187.8 mm。以級配土為切削對象,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的切削裝置對3組鏟板分別在30,60和90 mm這3種不同切削深度下進(jìn)行土壤切削阻力對比試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:有4組試驗(yàn)的簡單鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)切削阻力小于復(fù)雜鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)的切削阻力,另有4組試驗(yàn)的2種鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)切削阻力基本接近,僅有1組試驗(yàn)的簡單鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)切削阻力相對偏大。因此,在鏟板切削刃緣相近的條件下,對于只考慮切削阻力的土壤切削過程,采用簡單鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)代替復(fù)雜鏟板結(jié)構(gòu)是工程實(shí)際中有效可行的辦法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the two ways of reducing the cutting inclination of the flat shovel and installing the horizontal scraper, the structure of the flat shovel is improved, and the spade obtained by the two methods is regarded as a simple shovel plate and a complex shovel plate, respectively. By introducing the concept of edge similarity of different shovel structures, the three groups of simple shovel plates and complex shovel plates have similar edge forward distance, and the average forward distance is 56.8114.6 and 187.8 mm., respectively. Taking gradation soil as cutting object, three groups of shovel plates were tested under three different cutting depths of 30 ~ 60 and 90 mm by using a self-designed cutting device. The results show that the cutting resistance of the simple shovel plate structure with four groups of tests is smaller than that of the complex shovel plate structure, and the cutting resistance of the two kinds of shovel plate structures in the other four groups of experiments is close. The cutting resistance of the simple shovel plate structure with only one group of tests is relatively large. Therefore, under the condition that the cutting edge of the shovel plate is close, it is an effective and feasible method in engineering practice to replace the complex shovel plate structure with a simple spade structure for the soil cutting process which only takes into account the cutting resistance.
