河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)模式研究

【摘要】:裝備制造業(yè)是支持國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),是高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的載體,也是國家軍事安全的重要保障。無論是從GDP總量還是從工業(yè)化階段來看,裝備制造業(yè)都是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的強(qiáng)大推動(dòng)力量。裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈決定著區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,其演進(jìn)與升級(jí)直接反映了區(qū)域先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的程度。河北省作為早期的重工業(yè)基地,發(fā)揮了促進(jìn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要作用,但由于設(shè)備老化、工藝落后、資金匱乏等原因,裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)一直集中于附加值較低的細(xì)分行業(yè)。長期以往,會(huì)嚴(yán)重限制河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,需要提高裝備制造業(yè)的深加工度,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)。本文通過對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,,探索河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的升級(jí)模式。 首先,闡述了本文研究的背景及意義,歸納了國內(nèi)外研究成果,并分析其中的不足。然后界定了裝備制造業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)及模式的概念,并介紹了裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)模式的相關(guān)理論,奠定了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,結(jié)合波特—鄧寧模型、微笑曲線理論及價(jià)值鏈理論,對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而確定影響河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵要素。 再次,通過對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析達(dá)到對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)影響因素的探討驗(yàn)證。第一階段,數(shù)據(jù)分析。對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)性分析和數(shù)據(jù)平穩(wěn)性檢驗(yàn);第二階段,甄別階段。通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,確定各因素對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的影響程度,甄別出影響河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的核心要素和瓶頸因素。 最后,結(jié)合河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的影響因素及升級(jí)模式,從政策規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和企業(yè)自身三個(gè)層面上提出了針對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic basic industry to support the development of national economy, a carrier of high-tech industry and an important guarantee of national military security. The equipment manufacturing industry is a powerful driving force of China's economic growth both in terms of total GDP and industrialization. The industrial chain of equipment manufacturing industry determines the economic level of the region, and its evolution and upgrading directly reflect the degree of transformation of traditional industries by advanced science and technology in the region. Hebei Province, as an early heavy industrial base, played an important role in promoting the national economic growth. However, due to the aging of equipment, backward technology, lack of funds and other reasons, equipment manufacturing enterprises have been concentrated in the sub-industries with low added value. Long-term past, will seriously limit the development of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the deep processing degree of equipment manufacturing industry and upgrade the industrial chain. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Hebei Province and the empirical study on the key factors affecting the upgrading of the industrial chain, this paper explores the upgrading mode of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Hebei Province. First of all, the background and significance of this study are expounded, the research results at home and abroad are summarized, and the shortcomings are analyzed. Then it defines the concepts of equipment manufacturing industry, industrial chain upgrading and model, and introduces the related theories of equipment manufacturing industry chain upgrading model, which lays the theoretical foundation for the research. Secondly, combined with Potter-Dunning model, smile curve theory and value chain theory, the paper analyzes the present situation of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry chain, and then determines the key factors that affect the upgrading of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry chain. Thirdly, through regression analysis of equipment manufacturing industry data in Hebei province, the factors influencing the upgrading of industrial chain are discussed and verified. The first stage, data analysis. This paper makes descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and data smoothness test on Hebei equipment manufacturing industry data, and second stage, discriminating stage. Through the regression analysis of the data, the influence degree of each factor on the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry chain is determined, and the core elements and bottleneck factors affecting the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Hebei Province are identified. Finally, combined with the influencing factors and upgrading mode of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward some guidance suggestions on the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Hebei Province from the three aspects of policy planning, industrial environment and enterprises themselves.
