不同載荷下滑塊軸承潤滑狀態(tài)的Stribeck曲線研究

【摘要】:為了研究在不同載荷下滑塊軸承Stribeck曲線的變化規(guī)律,建立了銷盤式摩擦實(shí)驗(yàn)臺,通過改變載荷、轉(zhuǎn)速采集到油膜厚度和摩擦因數(shù),運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件繪制摩擦因數(shù)與壓力、轉(zhuǎn)速和黏度的關(guān)系曲線,即Stribeck曲線。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摩擦因數(shù)隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的增加呈現(xiàn)先減小后增加的趨勢;載荷越小,進(jìn)入Stribeck曲線谷底越早,越容易達(dá)到流體潤滑狀態(tài),通過改變軸承的載荷能夠有效地改善軸承的潤滑狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation rule of Stribeck curve of sliding block bearing under different loads, a pin-disc friction test bench was established. The oil film thickness and friction coefficient were collected by changing load and rotational speed, and the friction coefficient and pressure were drawn by MATLAB software. The relationship between rotational speed and viscosity, that is, Stribeck curve. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of rotational speed, and the lower the load is, the earlier the friction coefficient reaches the bottom of the Stribeck curve, and the easier it is to reach the state of fluid lubrication. By changing the load of the bearing, the lubrication state of the bearing can be improved effectively.
