轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)與線(xiàn)平衡方法研究

【摘要】:本文作者所工作的公司是某集團(tuán)的核心支柱企業(yè),銷(xiāo)量、收入、利潤(rùn)、單位面積產(chǎn)出等各項(xiàng)綜合指標(biāo)位列全球工程機(jī)械行業(yè)前列。作者利用在公司學(xué)習(xí)工作的機(jī)會(huì),,將所學(xué)的工業(yè)工程知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐之中,對(duì)本公司六分廠(chǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)的現(xiàn)狀、線(xiàn)平衡進(jìn)行分析,經(jīng)過(guò)個(gè)人觀察、研究,并與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工人、生產(chǎn)管理人員進(jìn)行緊密接觸和溝通,再結(jié)合多年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),收集到了大量的一線(xiàn)資料,綜合分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了公司轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)在工位劃分、貨物擺放、人員分配、行車(chē)調(diào)度方面存在的問(wèn)題。因此,對(duì)線(xiàn)平衡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)公司具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)線(xiàn)平衡進(jìn)行研究。裝配線(xiàn)平衡就是為了解決工序間作業(yè)負(fù)荷不均衡的問(wèn)題而提出的,它是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)IE的一種管理手法,也是解決裝配線(xiàn)負(fù)荷平均化這一影響裝配線(xiàn)效率關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的重要方法。本論文從分析轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)線(xiàn)瓶頸工位,計(jì)算裝配線(xiàn)平衡率著手,通過(guò)5wlH法及EcRs四項(xiàng)原則對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)的瓶頸工位進(jìn)行改善,使各工位得到均衡。然后對(duì)起重機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)進(jìn)行線(xiàn)平衡仿真:通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)裝配線(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局及物流情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)仿真,并對(duì)裝配線(xiàn)進(jìn)行物流及信息流仿真,得到可比性數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行仿真結(jié)果分析并實(shí)施改善。最后確立起重機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)線(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè),根據(jù)線(xiàn)平衡的改善及各工位操作內(nèi)容制定各工位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)要領(lǐng)書(shū)。
[Abstract]:The company in which the author works is the core pillar enterprise of a certain group. The sales volume, revenue, profit, output per unit area and other comprehensive indexes rank among the top in the global construction machinery industry. Taking advantage of the opportunity of studying and working in the company, the author applies the industrial engineering knowledge he has learned in practice, analyzes the present situation and line balance of the turntable assembly line of our company's sixth branch factory, after personal observation, studies, and works with the workers on the spot. Production management personnel are in close contact and communication, combined with many years of work experience, collected a large number of front-line data, comprehensive analysis found that the company turntable assembly line in the division of work, goods placement, personnel distribution, Problems in vehicle scheduling. Therefore, the study of line balance is of great practical significance to the company. This paper mainly studies the balance of turntable assembly line. The balance of assembly line is put forward to solve the problem of unbalanced work load between working procedures. It is a management technique of IE on the spot and an important method to solve the key problem that affects the efficiency of assembly line such as average load of assembly line. In this paper, the bottleneck work station of turntable line is analyzed, the balance rate of assembly line is calculated, and the bottleneck work station of turntable assembly line is improved by 5wlH method and EcRs principle, so that each station can be balanced. Then carry on the line balance simulation to the assembly line of the crane turntable: through the field simulation to the layout and the logistics situation of the assembly line of the turntable, and carry on the logistics and information flow simulation to the assembly line, get the comparable data. Analysis of simulation results and implementation of improvement. Finally, the standard operation of the crane turntable line is established, and the standard operating essentials of each station are formulated according to the improvement of line balance and the operation content of each station.
